Police asked Mr. McDaniel if this was his vehicle and he said it was and that he had just bought the vehicle off of a dealership on Rossville Blvd. Mr. McDaniel had a revoked drivers license but was not physically in the vehicle nor did he admit to having been driving the vehicle. Police told Mr. McDaniel that he needed to leave the vehicle where it was until he could have someone that had a valid drivers license come to move it. 6860 Lee Hwy 18-111046 11/18/2018 1:34:00AM 91Z Field Interview On 11/18/2018 at 01:42 hours, Officer Beavers (61114) reported a memo at 6860 Lee Hwy. Upon arrival I had contact with Mr. Robert Shannon. Mr. Shannon was checked for warrants and none were located. On 11/18/2018 at 02:40 hours, Officer T. Perocchi (79535) responded to activity at 7731 Colmere Drive. Police met with James Smith who stated that his vehicle was broken into the other night by a black male with blonde dreadlocks wearing dark clothing. While he was at home, he saw a vehicle driving slowly in front of his house and got into his vehicle and followed it on to Highway 58. He stated that he did not see the person who broke into this vehicle in that car he was following but felt as though it was involved. Police checked the area for the vehicle and could not locate it.

On 11/18/2018 at 04:20 hours, Officers Cooper and Perrochi responded to a Disorder at 4614 Bonnieway Dr. Upon arrival, Police made contact with the reporting party, Pamela Bowens. Ms. Bowens was extremely intoxicated and difficult to understand. The reporting party could barely stand and walk due to her intoxication level. On 11/18/2018 at 08:00 hours, Officer Hans Anderson (75367) responded to a MVT/Passenger Vehicle at 304 S Howell Ave. Upon arrival, police spoke with the victim, Juan Gomez, who stated that some time during the night, his 2008 Buick Enclave was stolen out of his driveway at this address. Mr. Gomez stated that the keys were stolen from one of his other vehicles, which he left with the doors unlocked. Police enterd the vehicle into NCIC.

No further police action required at this time.

On 11/18/2018 at 11:25 hours, Officer Silveira (66499) reported a memo at 2515 Ocoee St. Upon arrival, Police spoke with the complainant, Mrs. Nelson and her daughter Asha Nelson. Mrs. Nelson stated that early this morning she and her daughter got into a verbal altercation and requested police to ask her daughter to leave her residence. According to the complainant, her daughter doesn't live with her and she is 22 years old. After speaking with both parties, Asha freely agreed to leave to avoid any further altercation with her mother.

On 11/18/2018 at 11:50 hours, Officer Davis (61886) reported a memo at 4700 N Terrace. While on routine patrol I observed Mr Wilkey holding a cardboard sign while standing on the exit ramp from I-24 west to S Moore Road. Mr Wilkey observed my patrol vehicle and folding his sign as I approached and began to walk away as I was stopping to get out with him. He initially said he knew why I was getting out with him but did not know it was illegal to pan handle on the exit ramp. When asked again he said that an officer had told him in the past not to do it. Mr Wilkey was checked for active warrants which came back negative. Mr Wilkey explained he had recently spent 11 days in jail on an arrest and warrant service from 7 years ago. Mr Wilkey was given a warning and left the scene with no further police action taken.

On 11/18/2018 at 12:33 hours, Officer Silveira (66499) reported a memo at 2304 Windsor St. Upon arrival, Police spoke with the complainant, Tyasiza Roberson. She reported that early this morning about 11:30Hrs she received a text message from Marcisha Geter(Savaqe) blaming her for a property damage. According to the complainant, Geter believes that she slashed the tires of her son's vehicle. Roberson is pregnant (about 9 months ) and barely can move around. She stated that she was sleeping when she received the message, and that's she requested Police to report this incident to avoid any further issues.

On 11/18/2018 at 16:29 hours, Officer Jonathan Scoggins (75428) responded to a Shoplifting at 3251 Rossville Blvd. Once on scene I made contact with Faith Ross who stated she caught a white female (30-40 wearing a FL Gators jacket) take a bag of items from the store without paying. Faith confronted the female in the parking lot after she passed the point of sale. The suspect got into a vehicle with a few other passengers and fled the scene before Police could be called. Store security cameras does have suspect on video but suspect name is unknown.

On 11/18/2018 at 16:20 hours, Officer Bryant (79858) reported a memo at 1309 Cypress Street Ct. Police was dispatched to a well-being check on a William Hill. Upon arrival police made contact with Mr. Hill who stated he was fine. Hill stated he had not talked to his sister because his phone has bad reception in the "bricks". Hill stated he would give his sister a call. No injuries were reported during this incident.

On 11/18/2018 at 16:30 hours, Officer Dakota Layne (77578) reported a memo at 7324 Shallowford Rd. Police spoke with Mr. Smith who stated that he bought a pistol from a friend from work. Mr. Smith stated that after he bought the pistol the friend quit so he was in fear the pistol was stolen. Police ran the pistol on info channel which returned no record found. Police informed Mr. Smith the pistol had not been reported stolen. No further.

4481 Webb Rd18-111202 11/18/2018 4:41:00PM 91Z Field Interview

On 11/18/2018 at 16:50 hours, Officer C. Cleveland (62709) reported a Field Interview at 4481 Webb Rd. Police were called because of a suspicious party that was allegedly preaching outside a gated community and the complainant wanted a wellfare check done. On arrival, the party was contacted. Mr. Shurette said he loved veterans and police and was singing a song about cigarettes and In Living Color. The party was not in distress and asked to move along as he lives near here. He did so without further incident.

2009 Ruby St18-111207 11/18/2018 4:30:00PM 23F Theft from Motor Vehicle

On 11/18/2018 at 17:05 hours, Officer Caudle, N (79890) was dispatched to 2009 Ruby St. for a vandalism and theft. Upon arrival, I met with Lashon Carter. Ms. Carter stated as she was in church between the times of 16:30 and 16:45, her vehicle parked in the church parking lot had been broken into. While looking at the vehicle, I saw the drivers side rear door had a busted window. Ms. Carter stated the unknown party stole her back pack worth $10 which had her Lenova Laptop inside of it worth $1,500 with a total of $1,510 taken. Ms. Carter stated the backpack had a Betty Boo decoration too it and also had work paperwork in it. I checked the surrounding areas for any cameras that could have been pointed in the direction of Ms. Carter's vehicle but did not locate any. No leads or suspects are known at this time.

On 11/18/2018 at 18:00 hours, Officer Dakota Layne (77578) reported a memo at 6926 Greenway Dr. Upon arrival police spoke with Ms. Alfaro and Ms. Ruiz both stated that there was a verbal disorder that never turned physical over Ms. Ruiz cooking. Ms. Alfaro stated that she wanted to leave the residence but Ms. Ruiz would not give her back her car keys. Police then spoke with Ms. Ruiz who stated she had the car keys but refused to give the keys to Ms. Alfaro. Ms. Ruiz agreed to give police the keys, police then gave the keys to Ms.Alfaro who then got in her vehicle and left the area. No further.

On 11/18/2018 at 16:45 hours, Officer Caudle, N (79890) was dispatched to assist a citizen at 1710 Newell Ave. Upon arrival, I met with Marthan Burton. Ms. Burton stated a suspicious white in color car with five parties in it was parked in the alley behind her house. Ms. Burton stated this happens quite frequently but also with different vehicles and also throughout the night. Ms. Burton stated sometimes the vehicle's parked in the alley would throw out trash and it would create a pest control problem. No further Police action was needed.

3600 4th Ave18-111256 11/18/2018 8:05:00PM 91Z Field Interview

On 11/18/2018 at 20:05 hours, I, Officer S. Bulkley (68389), observed a black Crown Victoria with a temporary tag at 3600 4th Ave. Due to a recent bolo for a similar vehicle used in relationship to a theft from vehicle (18-108874). Upon stopping the vehicle I identified the driver as Carlos Starling and the front seat passenger as Corey Craddock. Both parties have been arrested multiple times but neither had warrants at this time. Upon closer inspection, the temp tag on this vehicle was different from the temp tag on the suspect Crown Vic from the theft case. No further investigation was needed.

On 11/18/2018 at 20:24 hours, Officer Joshua Blaine Price (76315) responded to a Other Theft/Non-Specific at 5 Viston Ave. Upon arrival, I was met by Saldana Margarita. She stated, herself and her husband had been shopping at Carniceria Loa #6, located at 5813 Lee Hwy 37421. When it came time to pay she noticed that her wallet was not in her bag anymore. She stated that she never took it from her bag and she thinks someone reached into her bag while it was on her shoulder and removed her wallet. But she is unclear on when this could have happened.With the items listed, she says that she had other items in her wallet but can not think on what they were. I stopped by the market but it was closed.Nothing further at this time.

These individuals have previously shoplifted the location before but have not been caught. They have also harassed customers in the past. The store clerk wanted me to trespass these individuals from the property. I informed them that they were trespassed. Nothing more

On 11/18/2018 at 23:25 hours, Officer Ryan Lynn (73508) reported a memo at 7139 Tyner Crossing Dr. Upon arrival, I spoke with complainant Ronald McWhorter. Ronald stated his girlfriend, other - Maria Kishimoto, was arguing with him and not settling down. At the time of contact, I spoke with Maria concerning the verbal altercation. Maria was highly intoxicated at the time I spoke with her. After a brief investigation, Both parties agreed to separate for the evening into separate bedrooms. I checked both parties for any outstanding warrants with no results. The call was closed with no further police action needed at this time.

Upon arrival, the reporting party, William Harris, who requested Police standby while he waited for Roadside Assistance to arrive. Rick's Lock and Key arrived and unlocked Mr. Harris' vehicle. 7310 Standifer Gap Rd18-111376 11/19/2018 7:50:00AM 240 MVT/Passenger Vehicle

On 11/19/2018 at 08:30 hours, Officer William Bernitt (77564) responded to an MVT/Passenger Vehicle at 7310 Standifer Gap Rd. Apt 1613. Upon arrival, police spoke with Bahrije Premji. She stated her vehicle had been stolen. Ms. Premji stated she started her vehicle at around 07:40 hrs to warm it up and came back out at 08:00 hrs and it was gone. The vehicle was running with the keys in it and the doors were unlocked. The suspect is unknown and there are no cameras in the area. The vehicle is a 2013 gray Toyota Sienna minivan. Ms. Premji stated there is a Besty Shepard Star Roll bumper sticker on the rear window. The vehicle was put into NCIC and a BOLO was put out for the vehicle. NIC# V420745334. Nothing further.

On 11/19/2018 at 13:57 hours, Officer N. Gurnsey (79875) were dispatched to a crash at 2200 Hamilton Place Blvd. Upon arrival Police spoke with Lauren Breedlove. Ms. Breedlove discovered several scratches on the rear, driver side quarter panel of her 2015 Ford Fusion. Ms. Breedlove at first attempted to report a wreck, however Police could find no indication that the vehicle next to hers had been involved in any collision. Ms. Breedlove is unsure of when the damage occurred but believes it was sometime on 11/19/2018. A complaint card was provided to share this report number with her insurance company.

2038 S Willow St18-111491 11/19/2018 2:00:00PM 23C Shoplifting

On 11/19/2018 at 14:18 hours I, Officer King (78347), responded to a Shoplifting at 2038 S Willow St. Upon arrival I spoke to the complainant, Ms. Denise Cogdon, who stated that a black male with a beard and short black hair came into store, placed some items in a diaper bag and then walked out of the store with the items. When employees try to confront the man he quickly got in to his vehicle and drove away from the scene. When I arrived on scene the suspect was already gone. Ms. Cogdon, the manager at the store is currently making a list of what was taken from the store and will contact me with an inventory list of what was taken. There are pictures of the unknown suspect attached to this report. No further Police action was taken.

4266 Bonny Oaks Dr18-111493 11/19/2018 2:00:00PM 23C Shoplifting

On 11/19/2018 at 14:45 hours, Officer Hans Anderson (75367) responded to a Shoplifting at 4266 Bonny Oaks Dr. Upon arrival, police met with the complainant, Vicky Davis, who stated that an unknown white male driving a red Silverado truck filled his truck with fuel and left withot paying the $55.81. The Complainant admitted that she authorized him to fuel the truck, but that he drove away after it was fueled. Complainant claimed to have gotten the tag number but police were unable to find any vehicle associated with that tag number.

No further police action required at this time.

2227 E 23rd St18-111506 11/19/2018 2:45:00PM 91Z Property Found

On 11/19/2018 at 15:00 hours I, Officer King (78347), responded to a Property Found at 2227 E 23rd St. Upon arrival I spoke to the complainant, Ms. Sarah Alexander. Ms. Alexander stated that an unknown black male wearing blue jeans and a blue jacket approached her and handed her several cards and asked her to help him with them and then walked out of the store. Ms. Alexander called Police to turn the items in. The items included a GA Driver's License, debit card, an insurance card and some miscellaneous shopping cards. The cards were turned into Property and were made releasable to the owners. No further Police action was taken.

6820 Lee Hwy18-111563 11/19/2018 4:54:00PM 91Z Property Found

On 11/19/2018 at 17:00 hours, Officer A. Duty (79523) responded to a Property Found at 6820 Lee Hwy. An employee at the dental office at the above address was walking to CVS and saw what appeared to be a gun laying in the grass. I arrived on scene and located the gun and observed it to be a plastic bb gun. The gun was turned into property.

No further action.

On 11/19/2018 at 16:33 hours, Officer Christopher Liberto (37420) responded to a Unknown 911 Call at 2000 E 23rd St. Upon arrival, I spoke with Mr. Rafael Domingo who stated he observed his girlfriend, Ms. Laura Roberts cheating on him with another man. Mr. Domingo stated he called police because he didn't want anyone to get hurt. Both Mr. Domingo and Ms. Roberts stated that there was no physical altercation. Both parties pay rent in the hotel so police asked if anyone would leave for the night. Both refused to leave. Nothing further.

On 11/19/2018 at 21:34 hours, Officer Veloz (75390) reported a tow at 784 Market St. The vehicles tag was . The vehicle was parked improperly so that the front end and rear side driver's sides were on the street way. The parked auto caused another vehicle, that was traveling, to swerve out of the lane of traffic into another lane. This almost caused an accident. I checked the vehicles information and attempted to locate the owner in the area. However, i was unsuccessful. The vehicle was towed due to being a hazard.

On 11/19/2018 at 23:44 hours, Officer Springer (66500) wrote a continuation/supplement for a Other Theft/Non-Specific at 5311 Highway 58. Lorna called back into dispatch and requested an officer return to her apartment. She said her father said he was sent a message from the person that currently has the cell phone. The person stated they got it from a man named James Perry who got it from a lady named Michelle. Lorna went to apartment 23 where Michelle Vonkennen lives. Lorna said Michelle took money out of her wallet on a previous date but returned it. Lorna asked Michelle if she took her phone. Michelle told her she found a phone in the parking lot but did not take it. Police relocated to apartment 23 and spoke with Michelle. Michelle said on 11/18/18 she found a cell phone in the parking lot. She said she asked some of the other residents if it belonged to them but no one said it was theirs. Michelle said she left the phone sitting on the mailboxes. She denied selling the phone to anyone. Lorna said her neighbor in apartment 25 told her they saw Michelle with the phone. The neighbor she mentioned did not appear to be at home. Police will follow up to try and make contact. Nothing further

On 11/19/2018 at 23:00 hours, Officer Ryan Lynn (73508) reported a memo at 6032 Relocation Way. Upon arrival, I was met by other - Bobbi Gentry and other - Kaytrina Truitt. Truitt stated her coworker, Gentry, locked her into the freezer. Truitt stated Gentry walked by the freezer and closed the door and would not let her out. I spoke with Gentry that stated she moved around the door ver quickly to get through, but did not close the door. I spoke with the Manager on shift, Joanna Nunley. Nunley stated the two females have been arguing verbally throughout the past few days. Nunley stated there is video footage of the incident, but could not be viewed until the general manager arrived to work. I could not determine any crime had been committed at this time. The call was closed with no further police action needed at this time.

On 11/19/2018 at 22:45 hours, Officer Dessalines, Benjamin (77570) was dispatched to a verbal disorder at 4011 Brainerd Rd. Upon arrival, police made contact with the complainant (Mr. Gregory Jester) who stated that he was at the laundromat minding his own business when an unknown B/M approached him, wanting to start an argument for no apparent reason. Mr. Jester stated he does not know the party, however, he made sounds like they were friends. Mr. Jester stated that the unknown B/M walked out when he heard he was on the phone with the police. Police searched the area for the description of the unknown B/M but was not able to locate anyone at this time. No further.

Mr. Brogan stated that a few minutes later he heard the dogs barking in the area, but he could not see anything. On 11/20/2018 at 06:35 hours, Officer Adam Krystaponis (75508) responded to a residential alarm at 1906 Vine St. Upon arrival, the front door was not locked, and not latched. There was a dog inside that appeared to not be friendly. Dispatch was unable to reach a responsible party through the alarm company. I was able to find a contact number for a Stephanie Alfaro, listed as co-owner of the property with Mr. Jose Alfaro, listed as the resident on the CAD card. Upon speaking with Ms. Alfaro, she stated they wee out of town and requested we ensure nothing had been taken from the house and attempt to secure the house. We walked through the house and it did not appear that anything had been taken or damaged. We secured the house, and Mr. Alfaro stated he would speak with their dog sitter about leaving the door unlocked. No further.

He says that sometime during the night, an unknown party(s) broke into the bins of the bucket truck owned by Kanaan Communications and stole property of his and the company. He says that three locks and bins were damaged and does not know the repair cost at this time.

On 11/20/2018 at 08:35 hours, Officer Lancaster #308 responded to 4904 13th Avenue in reference to auto theft. The victim, Mr. Roberts reported that a Jason Duffy came to his residence needing a ride to Garfield St area of Chattanooga. Mr. Roberts gave him the keys to his 1997 Lexus ES300 white in color Tn Vin # JT8BF22G5V5005152 to set in until he (Roberts) was ready to leave. When Mr. Roberts went outside to take Duffy to the destination he was gone along with his vehicle. Mr. Roberts stated that he did not give Duffy permission to take his vehicle and wished to prosecute. Police was unable to locate in CAD system info on a Jason Duffy for prosecution. Mr. Roberts valued his vehicle at 2000. The vehicle was entered into NCIC under NIC number V420748139. No further to report at this time.

On 11/24/2018 at 17:26 hours, Officer Ampthor (73492) wrote a continuation/supplement for a MVT/Passenger Vehicle at 4904 13th Ave. The vehicle was located by the owner Mr. Leasie Roberts at the CSL Plasma on Rossville. (2909 E 50th St) The vehicle had damage throughout the interior. The vehicle was searched for any items with none located at this time. The vehicle was removed from NCIC and released to Mr. Roberts. No further police action was needed at this time.

On 11/20/2018 at 09:55 hours, Officer McCall (62872) responded to a Vandalism at 801 Market St. Upon arrival, officer McCall spoke to the owner of Fischer Evans, Clarke Glover. Mr. Glover said that at 2134 hrs last night someone smashed the large stone flower pot outside their store. Mr. Glover showed police video, which showed an unknown white male break the flower pot as he walked by. The video is of the suspect from behind, so no facial features are seen.

Upon arrival, police spoke with Mr. Hampton who stated that his nephew sold him the Colt revolver for $120, 5 years ago. Mr, Hampton and Mr. Marlon went to U.S. Money Pawn Shop on this date, in attempt to sell the revolver. However, the store associates ran the serial number and it came back stolen. The owner of the revolver is an unknown party out of Huntsville, AL. The revolver was taken out of NCIC. NIC # G142949549. The revolver was turned into property. No further.

The complainant said that his father (Troy Potter) owns the property (building) there and it houses both commercial and residential type property. He said that one of the tenants there was the last one to see the back door when they came in last night around 7 or 8 pm. This morning around 9 am, the tenant then discovered that the door had been painted with grafitti. He said that it looked like someone had used a magic marker or maybe a paint brush. He estimates around $600 for repairs. This report was taken by phone.

On 11/20/2018 at 16:03 hours, I, MPO Ric Engle (60825) responded to a False Pretenses/Swindle/Confidence Game at 6626 Joyful Dr. Upon arrival, I spoke to the Victim, Henry Vinson.

The victim told me his wife got a check for $2420 from a business claiming to be a mystery shopper network. The suspect wanted the victim to spend $2000 on E-bay gift cards and keep the rest of the money. The victim deposited the check and it cleared the bank. The check was returned as fraudulent and the victim had already spent the money.

The victim needed a police report to have the bank put the money back into the account. There was nothing further to investigate on this incident. No other police action taken.

Ms. Fletcher stated as she was in the back of her house, she heard a banging noise near the front of her house. Ms. Fletcher stated as she walked into the side room, she noticed a beer bottle had been thrown threw her window. Ms. Fletcher stated she did not know who it could have been. I checked the surrounding areas for cameras that would be pointed in the direction of the residence but did not locate any. No leads or suspects are known at this time.

Upon arrival, I observed a gray Ford F150, matching the given description for a suspect in a crash, traveling south in the 9000 block of Lee Hwy. At the time of the stop, I was met by other - Christopher Dudley. Dudley explained that he accidentally backed into the victim's vehicle, but they exchanged personal information and insurance before police arrival. I attempted to make contact with the victim, but they had left the area. Dudley stated no report was needed, due to no damage to his vehicle. The call was closed with no further police action needed at this time.

On 11/21/2018 at 08:20 hours, Officer P. McCall (0066492) responded to a Theft from Motor Vehicle at 1925 Rossville Ave. The van was left parked and locked yesterday evening after work. When the business owner returned to the van this morning, it was unlocked and open. The passenger side window on the sliding door had been pried open so you could get to the lock/door handle inside the van. There were 2 aluminum ladders taken from the top rack as well as several brooms and cleaning chemicals from inside. There were two backpack style vacuum cleaners that were also taken from the van. The business lot where the van was parked has a camera that's facing right at the van. There was no one there this morning, but I'll stop by later to check on video.

On 11/21/2018 at 10:54 hours, Officer K. Otto (1077) responded to a request to see a complainant at Rock Creek Outfitters, 301 Manufacturers Rd. Upon arrival I was met by Mr. Jim Sepere who stated that he was the General Manager for the Rock Creek stores in the Chattanooga Area. Mr. Sepere stated that last evening the store at this location was targeted and several expensive coats were stolen just before closing time. Mr. Sepere stated that the police were called and the theft was documented, however, he has been seeing a pattern of behavior consistent between all of his stores. Mr. Sepere stated that the stores do not have video which makes identifying the suspects difficult. The suspects are usually two or three large built African American females driving a sedan that has a drive-out tag on the vehicle. The thefts are usually just minutes before closing time. On each occasion, two females with enter the store, without making eye contact, they will grab armfuls of expensive coats, then quickly run out the door. Once outside they get into the sedan that is parked close to the door which is occupied by a driver. Mr. Sepere stated that they were in the process of installing surveillance cameras, however, he did want police to be aware of the large amount of thefts at all the stores. After speaking with Mr. Sepere, all Chattanooga Rock Creek locations were placed on a watch-list.

Mr. Jones is the manager and this was in regards to Richard Belcher. Mr. Belcher is an elderly male who is constantly sending packages with cash that he is being scammed out of. Police have answered numerous calls on Mr. Belcher. Mr. Jones called asking police to return cash and checks to Mr. Belcher in the amount of $6,500.00. I returned the money to Mr. Belcher's wife and then answered several calls from phone scammers attempting to get more money from Mr. Belcher. I will continue to check in on Mr. Belcher.

Mr. Shiavon said that the suspect did not get any money and did not damage the machines. The suspect is a white male with dark hair. Mr. Tate stated that a waterline that runs through his property and had welled up causing a small sinkhole. The sink hole had developed at the edge of his driveway and had caused a portion of the driveway to collapse. Police observed continuously flowing water rising up through the ground into the area of the sink hole causing an unstable area and causing damage to Mr. Tate's driveway. Nothing further.

I placed an abandoned auto sticker on the window and informed the neighbor to call back if the vehicle wasn't moved in a couple of days. Nothing else was suspicious about the vehicle, it appeared that it may have run out of gas. Nothing follows.

On 11/21/2018 at 19:45 hours, Officer Padlo (79534) responded to a False Pretenses/Swindle/Confidence Game at 1591 Broad St. Upon arrival, police spoke with the victim, Johnny Crowder. Mr. Crowder stated he applied for a loan through Cash Loan America. Mr. Crowder stated he received a phone call from a representative from Cash Loan America and he gave them his personal information. The representative stated Mr. Crowder would receive a 6000 loan that would be deposited into his account by the end of the day. The representative stated he would deposit 850 into Mr. Crowders account however he would need to purchase google play cards with that money and send them to him. After Mr. Crowder completed that task, the 6000 would be deposited. After Mr. Crowder purchased the google play cards, he was tipped off after a phone call to the representative wasn't right. Mr. Crowder stated he went to his bank( BB&T) and realized he was negative 880. Mr. Crowder lost contact with the representative. BB&T stated Mr. Crowder needed a police report.

One of the males, later identified as Kentorey Thomas ) had previously been arrested for Possessing a Firearm with intent to go armed on 10/13/2018. Mr. Thomas was trespassed from all of CHA property and given a written notice. Mr. Thomas left the area immediately, nothing further to report at this time.

He did not leave when she asked him to, so she called police out. I met Gerald Nelson out front and he approached me and began to speak as if he had called me there. He apparently likes to talk. After talking with the employee I ran Nelson for warrants and told him to leave quickly to avoid being arrested for trespassing. He complied and walked to Waffle House.

He stated he must have left the doors unlocked because there were no signs of forced entry to the vehicle. There was nothing to process on the scene. Upon arrival Officer Van Ness spoke with Ms. Tammy Townsend, who stated that Mr. Armando Mustelier-Montejo, is the person who is behind her getting arrested in Knoxville for fraud charges. Ms. Townsend stated that she is currently going to court on charges in Knoxville and if she was able to prove his identity then she would be able to get the charges dropped. At this time Police were unable to locate and warrants or wanted for questioning on this party after checking his name via NCIC. Due to the fact that Police had no viable reason to detain or arrest the suspect, Police let Mr. Mustelier-Montejo leave the scene and told Ms. Townsend that all of his information and vehicle information would be documented for future reference if she needed it. Ms. Winkles stated that she went to Waffle House around 14:00 hours to pick up a to-go order. Ms. Winkles stated that when she got home, she realized that she had left her beige pocket book at Waffle House. Ms. Winkles stated that she immediately called Waffle House, and the employee she spoke with told her that they did not have her pocket book. Ms. Winkles stated that her cell phone, $100 cash, driver's license, vehicle insurance card, health insurance card, and voter card, were all in her pocket book. Nothing further.

Mr. Friberg at this point was told by police the vehicle was on private property and if he choose to do so he could have the vehicle towed. Mr. Friberg then stated he thought the vehicle may belong to one of his neighbors and would wait until morning before taking any action.

On 11/23/2018 at 01:36 hours, Officer Veronica Thomas (75141) responded to a Damaged Property Accidental at 1198 Hendricks St. Police were called to a disorder and upon arrival police spoke with Necole Wilson who stated her and her boyfriend Derick Clay were in a verbal disagreement. Ms. Wilson stated the two of them were arguing when Mr. Clay hit the wall and she told him to get out. Ms. Wilson stated Mr. Clay started to go out the kitchen door but wanted to get his clothes. She stated Mr. Clay was walking out of the door when she started slamming them door and Mr. Clay seemed as if he wanted to punch her and as the door slammed the window shattered. Police spoke to Mr. Clay who stated the two of them were arguing and she told him to leave and when he was walking out the kitchen door Ms. Wilson started slamming the door shut and he held his hands up to stop the door from hitting his face and the window shattered. Mr. Clay had lacerations on the palms of both hands. Mr. Clay denied EMS. Both parties agreed to go somewhere else for the night. Mr. Clay left on foot. I explained to Ms. Wilson that she needed to get a eviction notice for Mr. Clay if she wanted him not to return. I also told her to call police back if Mr. Clay returned. Ms. Wilson estimated the window to be $200 to repair. No Further.

Upon arrival myself and other units observed the deer to be in bad shape physically as it's legs were indeed broken and it appeared to be in severe distress. Due to this I fired one round from my duty pistol into the temple of the deer to end its suffering. On 11/24/2018 at 00:55 hours, Officer D. Nelson (66968) and Officer M. Charboneau (80758) responded to reports of a suspicious party 3811 Countryside Rd. The complainant, Stanley Thomas, stated he walked out onto his front porch and found a young black male laying on a chair. Stanley then stated the suspicious person picked up a brown sleeping bag on the porch and left the area. Stanley stated he did not wish to prosecute for the sleeping bag being taken, however he just wanted it returned if it was found. Stanley stated the suspicious person also appeared to be confused and disoriented, and he was worried for the well-being of this person.I checked the area and located a black male matching the description carrying a sleeping bag at approximately 4100 Bonny Oaks Drive. I spoke with an intoxicated party who I identified as Michael Norman. Michael stated he was just trying to get out of the rain and cold while he was laying on the porch. Michael stated he was also just attempting to walk home. I gave Michael a ride from Bonny Oaks to 1418 E 5th Street. The sleeping bag was returned to the owner at 3811 Countryside Road. There is no further police action required at this time and nothing further to report at this time.

Judi then stated the suspicious party left the area. Police checked the residence, and the surrounding premise appeared to be secure. Police also checked the surrounding area and no party matching the description was located. Judi requested to be added to the watch list for extra patrol due to this incident and recent auto thefts in the area. I responded to 3825 Hixson Pike, Apt 315, and spoke to Courtney Dickson regarding her 2012 Chevy Malibu. Dickson told me that her boyfriend had driven her vehicle to 3600 Hixson Pike, to go to the Dollar General. Dickson said her boyfriend left the vehicle running and the doors unlocked. The vehicle was stolen from that location. The vehicle is being bought from Buy Here Pay Here and has GPS tracking on it. I spoke with Alexis Bullion at BHPH and she said she would call police when the vehicle stops moving. The vehicle was entered into NCIC using NIC#V300762209. No further action was taken at this time.

Upon arrival this vehicle was gone, and a BOLO for the same vehicle description came out on Cagle Rd. The call on Cagle Rd stated it appeared the female was taking pictures. However this vehicle was gone upon my arrival. When attempting to leave the area I made contact with a vehicle that fit the description of both calls. I spoke with the female driver, who I identified as Ashley Foster. Ms. Foster stated her son Nicholas Foster was having her take pictures for him on Cagle Rd. At that time after checking Ms. Foster for warrants and finding she had none, I released her. Nothing further.

Mr. Ward removed all of their property from the hotel room and loaded his vehicle and left the property. No further police action required at this time.

The two black females then run out of the store to a vehicle waiting in the fire lane. The complainant stated that this is not the first time these two females have hit her store and that they have been seen getting into a silver GMC SUV and a Silver Chrysler town & country mini van with no tag. The complainant continued to state that they park the vehicle on the North side of the building where there are no cameras, then they come into the store. Nothing else follows at this time.

On 11/24/2018 at 20:53 hours, Officer Johnston (75394) reported a memo at 1914 Gunbarrel Rd. On scene I spoke with the complainant ( Mr. Wasson) about a stolen bank card. The complainant stated that his girlfriends son ( Timothy Rollins) had taken his bank card and was using it to buy a great deal of things on Amazon. The complainant stated that he had already spoken with his bank and had the card turned off so that Mr. Rollins could not use it any more. The complainant stated that he did not wish to press charges seeing as he had taken care of things already. He continued to state that he just wanted a report showing what was going on. Mr. Rollins was not on scene when I arrived and I was not able to contact him in anyway to have him speak with me on the subject. Nothing else follows.

2300 Washington St18-113260 11/24/2018 9:30:00PM 91Z Miscellaneous Information

On 11/24/2018 at 21:33 hours, Officer VAN NESS (75389) was on active patrol in the 2300 block of Washington St. when he observed a silver Nissan Versa with TN disabled (no front tire, rotor sitting on the roadway) parked with no lights on in the turning lane. There was a note on the dash stating "we have trouble, call , don't tow" the phone number may also have been , but neither phone number worked, and Police were unable to leave a voice mail. Due to the vehicle being disabled and abandoned in the roadway the vehicle was towed by Expressway towing, nothing further.

On 11/24/2018 at 22:00 hours, I, Ofc. Gunn 351, responded to a call of a Theft at 5084 S Terrace. Upon arrival, I spoke to Tommy Birchfield. Mr. Birchfield stated that his Carhart Jacket had been stolen out of his backpack at the Dollar Tree at 5084 S Terrace. Mr. Birchfield did not have any suspect information, and there were no cameras inside of the Dollar Tree. Nothing further.

On 11/24/2018 at 22:15 hours, Officer Bell (79882) reported a memo at 1736 Ganasita Trl. Upon arrival I spoke with Jerrell Sutton who told me that he was worried about someone that was walking down his street. Mr. Sutton told me that he knew that the man was drunk, and where he was possibly going, but was unable to provide me with a name or any other information. Police drove through the area several times to locate the male, but were unsuccessful. Mr. Sutton just wanted us to check on the male if we located him. No further action was taken at this time.

7950 E Brainerd Rd18-113293 11/24/2018 11:40:00PM 250 Counterfeiting/Forgery

On 11/24/2018 at 23:50 hours, Officer Nathan Greene (68398) responded to a Counterfeiting/Forgery at 7950 E Brainerd Rd, Burger King. Upon arrival, I spoke to the reporting party Nathaniel Clark who is an employee of Burger King. Mr. Clark stated around 2340 hours a white male who appeared to be in his early 30's, approximately 5'10, average build, with blond hair and beard purchased a meal and handed over multiple five dollar bills. Mr. Clark stated he was able to immediately notice the bill was suspected to be counterfeit and per company policy called Police to turn it over. Mr. Clark stated the suspect was driving a black Honda/Hyundai with possible registration TN I ran the registration both ways via NCIC to obtain a picture of the owner of the vehicle but it came back not on file. The suspect counterfeit $5 bill was taken to property as evidence and will be releasable to the Secret Service. Mr. Clark stated Burger King does not want to prosecute for the loss.

On 11/26/2018 at 14:45 hours, PIT McMahan (61444) responded to a Property Lost at 7815 Shallowford Rd at Grace Baptist Church. The victim said that he last had the plate decal (sticker) for his car on Sunday (11/18/18) while he was at church around 9:30 am and it was inside his Bible with a flyer. He then threw the flyer away but forgot the sticker was still in there. He later realized he had accidentally threw it away. This report was taken by phone.
