MILD STEEL MIG WIRE

ER70S-6 –Carbon steel FWM-ER70S-6 mild steel MIG wire is an excellent choice for welding on metals with a medium to high

presence of mill-scale. For best performance use on clean, oil-free, and rust-free base material, ER70S-6 will

tolerate higher levels of surface contaminants, best weld appearance.

High silicon and manganese deoxidizer levels.ER70S-6 MIG wire is the choice for you when a bare of

non-copper coated ER70S-6 wire is preferred.

Shielding gases include argon/carbon dioxide blends, argon/oxygen blends, 100% carbon dioxide, and three or

four-part gas blends.

ER49-1-Carbon steel FWM-ER49-1 Low alloy steel gas shield welding wire. It is able to prevent gas porosity and slag inclusion

producing due to the deoxidization depending on Mn and Si in the wire jointly. The track resistance of weld metal

can be developed and satisfactory mechanical properties can be obtained Suitable for welding carbon steel and

500 MPA grade low Alloy steel. To compared with ER70S-6, it has higher strength, lower ductility and higher

price.
