• Treat members with respect during the meeting

• Take urgent calls outside the Meeting Room

• Limit side conversations

• Never Interrupt someone speaking

• Always stay on the topic being discussed

• Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness of the conference room

• Put your chairs back in order

• Put Off the LED TV and ensure any cables or cords are back in place

• Erase the whiteboard, keep the duster and marker pens back in place.

• Turn off the lights.

• Leave it as you would like to find it!
