Single Buoy Mooring (SBM)
Erection of an SBM can allow use of Very Large Crude Carriers or Ultra Large Crude Carriers to deliver cargo that can be offloaded through a sub-marinepipeline or onto smaller vessels for onward delivery to the refinery
• Nairobi is home to 2 of the busiest airports in Africa– JKIA with a maximum runway capacity of 80,000 landing/takeoffs annually (currently
doing 60,000) – Wilson Airport mainly serving domestic and regional destinations, accommodating
120,000 landings/takeoffs annually

• Airport being expanded to include construction of new terminal, taxi ways, car park for 1500 cars, parking stands for aircraft increasing from 23 to 43
