Report of MTSG Inauguration - 2012

The Maitry Talent Search Group (MTSG) is an autonomous, self funded and non-

profit organization established by highly educated youth members of the maitry society

(called Maitrian). The main objectives of group are to recognize the hidden talents from the

society, to promote them for higher education through award, to support them

economically through scholarships and to guide them for different state, national and

international level competitive exam, awards, and scholarships etc.

The MTSG is inaugurated on 11th November, 2012 (Sunday) with the hand of our

Chief Guest Shri B.S. Sridar (Retired Hawaldar). In the Inauguration function Guest of

Honour Shri C.M. Maitry, and Special Guest Shri Banmali Maitry were also present. The

MTSG Inauguration function started with the lightning with the hand of all guest and

present Director of MTSG Shri Kartikeshwar Maitry. Then, our all heads of desk were

felicitated with bouquets. The director given inaugural and welcoming speech then.

Thereafter, Chief Guest, Guest of Honour and Special Guest also delivered their speech for

MTSG promotion. Then, there has been arrangement of nice lunch for all the visitors. After

lunch, all have been gathered again for further discussion. In the function, external advisors,

Shri Ram kishan Maitry (Software Engineer, Mumbai) and Shri Roop Singh Maitry (Scientist,

ICAR New Delhi) were also present. In the function Shri Ram raj maitry, Shri Roopendra

maitry, shri Set ram maitry, shri Lala maitry, shri Mohan Maitry, Shri Girja nand Maitry, Shri

Sudama maitry were also present. They delivered speech for MTSG promotions. Then, Shri

R S Maitry discussed about the functioning, constitution of MTSG, present team, and

schemes for upcoming date. Shri Ravishakar maitry, shri nandkishor maitry, shri Chhtrapal

maitry, shri Narendra maitry, shri Paleshwar maitry and many more shown their interest to

be the part of MTSG. For the inauguration function, all expenditure come from donation of

some youth of maitry society and details of expenditure are also submitted.

Brief about Fund Incoming and Outgoing:

Incoming of Fund :Donation by 1. - Ram Kishan Maitry : 5000/- (Five Thousand

ruppes)

2.- RoopSingh Maitry : 5000/- (Five Thousand ruppes)

Expenditure: all work : 9621/- (Nine thousand six hundred twenty one rupees).. Bill

attached.
