I.SCOPE :

This specification covers the supply of digital Micro-Ohmmeter.

II. STANDARD OF MANUFACTURE AND TEST :

The equipment shall conform to the latest edition of theappropriate IEC standards and/or other international standards.

III. DESCRIPTION :

1. Function of equipment : The digital micro-ohmmeter isdesigned for measuring the resistance of contacts onbusbar and circuit breakers.

2. Technical specification of Micro-Ohmmeter :

- Power supply : 220V 10%, 50Hz- Measuring current : 0 - 100 A, selectable multi

-current ranges- Measuring duty cycle :

+ at 100A : 2 minutes on, 15 minutes off.+ at 50A : 5 minutes on, 15 minutes off.+ at 10A , 20A : continuous.

- Resistance Ranges : Multi ranges from 199.9 microohms to 199.9 milli-ohms.

- Display and Resolution : Digital reading, High-temperature , 0.7 inch (18 mm), liquid - crystal, 3 1/2digits, 0.1 micro ohms on the most sensitive range

material submitted with the quotation must enable thePurchaser to thoroughly evaluate the proposals as to itscompliance with the inquiry specification.

+ Catalogues containing outline dimension, technicaldata+ List of main equipment and completed accessorieswhich can perform all function described in section IIIhave the following requirements :

. Individual cost of main equipment and each accessory

. Total cost of main equipment and completed accessory

. Manufactures code of main equipment and eachaccessory

+ Connection diagram.+ Certificate of quality management.

V. REQUIREMENT OF DOCUMENT INCASE OF BID

WINNING :

1. Documents required to be provide for commission :In order to ensure the quality of supplied goods, in case of

bid winning, the Tenderer shall supply the following documentsfor the Purchaser :

-Manufacturers Certificate of Quality.

- Certificate of Origin issued by Chamber of Commerce of themanufacturing country.

- Certificate of calibration of equipment approved by anindependent lawful organization.

2. Documents required to be provide in accompany withsupplied products :

The Supplier shall enclose the following documents for supplied
