1 Summary

This Service Menu sets up the Customer tenant environment based on the Customer order sheet.

This Service Menu is the first step in your use of the Service.

All customers who use this service must apply for this service menu.

Once this setup is complete, customers will be able to use the xStream portal to create, modify and delete IaaS

Compute μVMs (Includes creation of virtual disks using Block Storage) for their tenants.

2 delivery function

2.1 Summary of the functions provided

It provides the following features:.

Onboarding

Our company performs the following setup procedures based on the order sheet

provided by the Customer.

1. Our company will review the order sheet and parameters sheet related to

IaaS Onboarding provided by the customer.

2. Create customer ID and resource ID by our company. Customer ID: Code that

identifies Customer with this Service Resource ID: Code that identifies, for

each Customer, the tenant that will be used within this Service and the

resources that will be generated based on Customer ID

3. Register your customer information in the ticket system at our company.

4. Our company will configure the following Virtual Network Appliance to connect

to the Service from within the Customer environment:. The following Virtual

Network Appliance setup is also performed as part of the IaaS Onboading

process.

o Firewall Configuration/Setup

o IPSec VPN Host-Side Configuration

5. Create a resource pool and datastore in our company. Create users, offerings,

resource profiles, and allocations for customer tenants. This allows customers

to create, modify and delete IaaS Compute μVMs (Includes creation of virtual

disks using Block Storage) and upload ISO and OVA files on the xStream

portal.

6. Our company will issue a global IP address. This will allow you to connect to

the Service via the Internet.

7. Our company will present you with an activation notice.

8. Train the customer on how to operate xStream and explain how to operate

the ticket system at our company. The instructions will be a WebEX demo for

your xStream administrator. It takes about two hours. The date of the event

will be decided after consulting with the customer.

2.2 Offering, Resource Profile, and Allocation Naming

Conventions

Use this Service Menu to create offerings, resource profiles and allocations based on your order sheet.

Resource profiles include compute, storage, and network.

When a customer creates an IaaS Compute μVM and virtual disk, they must specify offerings, resource profiles,

and allocations.

The rules for naming offerings, resource profiles, and allocations are as follows:. Items that cannot be specified by

the customer are indicated as "-".

2.3 About Applications

2.4 Flow up to the start of this service including related

menus

• Based on the order sheet from the customer, our company sets up the customer tenant and ticket

system in the IaaS Onboarding process.

• Firewall configuration is done by our company during the IaaS Onboarding process.

• IPSec VPN, Internet Connect activation is configured by our company as part of the IaaS Onboarding

process, based on customer orders.

• Upon completion of IaaS Onboarding, our company will perform the initial configuration upon customer

request for the following service menus.

o Network - Enterprise Cloud 2.0 Connect, Fiber Cross Connect Port, Hotel Rack

o Virtual Network Appliance - Load Balancer

o Virtual HANA

o Physical HANA

o Backup & Restore - Data Backup

• Once IaaS Onboarding is complete, customers can use the xStream portal to create, modify, and delete

4 Standard Due Date

Onboarding

The delivery date will vary depending on the size of the system you have applied for.

Standard configurations (Network segment 5, Firewall rule 30 lines or so) are 10

business days after application acceptance (After confirming on our company that

there are no defects in the application contents).

Orders will be accepted until 14 o'clock on each business day, after which they will

be treated as received on the following business day. The day of acceptance is

counted as 0 day.

The confirmation of the delivery date will be the reply after the confirmation of the

order sheet and the parameter sheet provided by the customer.

If you have an application for Enterprise Cloud 2.0 Connect, Fiber Cross Connect

Port, Hotel Rack, Load Balancer, Virtual HANA, Physical HANA, Data Backup, or DR

Setup, there will be a construction period in addition to the above deadline.

6 Constraints

• Ias Onboarding is a mandatory menu item to use the Service.

• If there is a change in the order, the due date is reset after our company confirms the change.

• At the time of application of this menu, the source IP address to access the xStream portal is specified by

the global IP address. It can only be accessed from the specified address.

• During our company's IaaS Onboarding process, a ticket system and xStream Portal user login email will

be sent to your email address, but please do not log in to the site until you receive activation notification.

Our company does not provide any support for problems caused by logging in prior to the activation

notification.

• Once you start using the Service, you will be responsible for managing your user account (Preparation,

Deletion, etc.).
