The Court resolved the issue concerning Defendants' depositions ofPlaintiffs' counsel. However, the Court withheld ruling on the remaining discoveryissues presented by Plaintiffs in their emergency motion as the parties representedto the Court on 3/5/99 that they were holding a discovery conference the followingweek. The Court informed the parties that if they were unable to resolve theremaining issues in the emergency motion, the Court would resolve them duringthe 3/10/99 telephone conference hearing. On 3/10/99, the parties represented tothe Court that the issues were resolved with the exception of the data dictionary,which Defendants represented was voluminous and was currently being reproduced
