03/11/1999 MINUTE−ENTRY: by Judge Michael M. Mihm. On 3/5/99, the Court held atelphone conference hearing concerning Plaintiffs' emergency motion to controldiscovery. The Court resolved the issue concerning Defendants' depositions ofPlaintiffs' counsel. However, the Court withheld ruling on the remaining discoveryissues presented by Plaintiffs in their emergency motion as the parties representedto the Court on 3/5/99 that they were holding a discovery conference the followingweek. The Court informed the parties that if they were unable to resolve theremaining issues in the emergency motion, the Court would resolve them duringthe 3/10/99 telephone conference hearing. On 3/10/99, the parties represented tothe Court that the issues were resolved with the exception of the data dictionary,which Defendants represented was voluminous and was currently being reproduced


for Plaintiffs. Defendants further represnted that once the copying of the datadictionary is complete, they would provide it to Plaintiffs forthwith. Accordingly,the remaining issues presented in the emergency motion to control discovery[181−1] are MOOT. Defendants motion to compel [157−1] is GRANTED.Plaintiffs are HEREBY ORDERED to provide to Defendants what informationthey currently have concerning interrogatories 1 and 2 in Defendants' second set ofinterrogatories. As required by the Federal Rules, Plaintiffs' counsel is FURTHERORDERED to supplement this discovery as the information continues to begathered from Class Plaintiffs. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(e).
