Meeting Clients at a Bank
Usually, on Monday there is a long queue at the bank. People
wanting to deposit or draw money from the bank. There are
also a lot of people waiting for the customer service.
DIALOG
Security (S) : Good morning, anything I can do to help?
Customer (C) : Good morning. Yes, I need to open an account.
S : To the service counter officer over there, please. Get your
ticket
here.
C : Ah, but theres a long queue.
S : Unfortunately, yes. It is unusual. But our customer service
officer can
help you.
Customer Service (CS) : Good morning, Maam. Can I help you?
C : Id like to open an account, please.
CS : Will you please, sit over here? Let me get the form for
you.
C : Thank you.
