    SUMMARY: The Office of the Comptrollerof the Currency (OCC) has determinedto carry on the work of the MinorityDepository Institutions AdvisoryCommittee (MDIAC or Committee)formerly administered by the Office ofThrift Supervision, as it is necessaryand in the public interest in order forthe OCC to preserve the present numberof minority depository institutions andencourage the creation of new minoritydepository institutions. The OCC is

    seeking nominations of individuals whoare officers and/or directors of minoritydepository institutions, or officers and/or directors of other depositoryinstitutions with a commitment tosupporting minority depositoryinstitutions.

    existing lessee will finance, design,develop, construct, manage, maintainand operate the additional EULdevelopment. As consideration for thelease, the lessee will be required toconstruct, renovate, operate, andmaintain a permanent housing facility;provide preference and priorityplacement for homeless Veterans andVeterans at risk of homelessness andtheir families; and provide a supportiveservices program that guides residentVeterans toward attaining long-termself-sufficiency.
