religion hereby make application to the City of Westminster (&/or Belmarsh) Magistrates

Court, United Kingdom; Chief Magistrate Howard Riddle, for an order in the following terms:

[I] Condoning Lara Johnstone to act as the Pauperis Propria Persona / Litigant in Person

(Pro Se) in the application to proceed as Amicus Curiae, in terms of Re Northern

Ireland Human Rights Commission (Northern Ireland) [2002] UKHL 251 (Lord Woolf,

para 32).

TAKE NOTICE FURTHER that the accompanying affidavit of Lara Johnstone, Member of the

Radical Honesty Culture and Religion, filed herewith will be used in support of this

application.

The Clerk of the Court is requested to kindly place this matter before Chief Magistrate

Howard Riddle, or as appropriate for their appropriate consideration and response.
