CREATION LAB

Students do a pencil drawing of a new image for Saint George’s myth that differs with the traditional image of the knight killing the dragon. They must use the information received about the myth to connect the image to the myth.

CULTURAL EXPERIENCE

Students walk around the school searching and identifying art pieces of Saint George that use bass relief as a technique. They draw the original images in their pamphlets.

x WRITTEN WORKSHOP

Students answer questions about why Saint George’s myth is relevant and pertinent at our school, and what makes him our mythological identity.

Students interpret the selected artwork, define the technique and process used to make the artwork and make a brief description of it.
