PandoraGVA Donal O Buachalla Expansion

GVA DOB is advising Pandora on the expansion of their chain with 87 Grafton Street being the first of four new stores in the current expansion programme. Other stores to be acquired are in Cork, Limerick and an additional store in Dublin.

Kotka Old PortGVA Sawyer Development

The anchor of the project is a designer outlet centre totalling 47,500 sq m. GVA Sawyer won ‘Most Creative Project 2014’ for the development design of this newly revamped designer outlet centre.

SwarovskiAguirre NewmanTenant representation

Aguirre Newman suceeded in the signing of Swarovski in Madrid. The venue is located in the gold mile of the capital, Serrano Street. It is also a new store of 77 sq m.

McDonald’sGVA Donal O Buachalla Lease renewal

GVA DOB secured a rent reduction of 50% on the passing rent on the basis of a new 20 year lease which equates to a total saving of €700,000 until the first rent review. The property extends to 680 sq m.

Schlössle Galerie Bilfinger Real Estate Germany Revitilisation

The Schlössle Galerie in Pforzheim is one of the most popular shopping centres in Baden-Württemberg. The amenity value and visibility of the food court has improved remarkably and the centre’s size has more than doubled from 220 to 465 sq m.
