Matt and Meghan tell of their love

Their life is now centered in North-

The open floor plan and kitchen are

amazing for hosting parties. Matt

and Meghan held their engagement

party at this home. They easily had

fifty people visit the home though-

out the party, and the house never

felt crowded. Guests raved about

the home, and were particularly

impressed with the open floor plan.

It is pretty easy to imagine throw-

ing wonderful holiday parties, host-

ing weekend barbecues, and other

social events in this fantastic space.

After all, it held up like a champ to

fifty people at the engagement par-

ty!

“In the spring, summer and fall, we

greatly enjoy having wine on the

back deck while listening to jazz or

“The house really shines at Christmas. We have great memories

decorating the house, in particular putting up the ten foot, Vienna

pine tree in the foyer.”

What is also apparent is that they feel happy knowing the new

owner will enjoy making some of the same type of memories.
