LOCATION: Approximately 6 miles west of Interstate 5 and W. Shields Ave, the property has excellent access with Little Panoche Road running through the center of the ranch. DESCRIPTION: The Narbaitz Ranch is a spectacular working cattle ranch. It has been run in western ranching traditions for generations. Located in the rolling hills of the Coast Range, this rich landscape is abundant in native grasses and oak trees. Comprised of 10,314.32 +- contiguous acres, this working cattle ranch has been run as a cow-calf operation in conjunction with 12,000+- head of sheep with lambs. Stocker cattle operations are also conducted during wet periods. CLIMATE: The Narbaitz Ranch region enjoys a moderate year round climate. Like much of California, the area has a Mediterranean climate. Live Oak Associates 2009 report annual precipitation in the general vicinity ranges from 9 to 13 inches with most falling between October and March. Average temperature ranges from 40 degrees F in winter to 90 degrees F in the summer.
