Workshop ObjectivesWorkshop ObjectivesWorkshop ObjectivesWorkshop Objectives The workshop takes place as part of a pilot project set
up to commission an integrated Demand Centre for non-emergency transport services in the Hywel Dda Health Board area.
The workshop is aimed at voluntary and community organisations who deliver a range of community transport services, including health transport, within the West Wales area.
The main aims of the workshop are to identify and discuss the issues faced by service deliverers and their users, and agree some basic principles and practical steps that we can take together to improve and develop non-emergency transport services
