Eat nutritious foods, which grow on trees and plants. 7. Try to spend some time in sunlight every day; it is the natural source of vitamin D. 8. Play some brain games. 9. Sit in silence, for at least 10 minutes a day. 10. Go for a walk every day and while you walk, smile. 11. Try to do some meditation, every day. 12. Try to do something which you enjoy a lot, like dancing and listening to music. 13. Try to drink natural fruit juice, instead of drinking frizzy drinks i.e. Pepsi and Miranda. Stop drinking them, they are injuri- ous to health. 14. Try to eat salads, every day. 15. Try to eat more fruits and nuts, instead of chips and biscuits. 16. Try to eat healthy and nutritious foods and spend your life in a healthy way. 17. Try to refresh yourself, by doing some meditation. It will help you to lower your stress level. 18. Try to share your problems with your loved ones. 19. Try to take daily nutritional supple- ments i.e. multivitamins, multiminerals, pro- teins and omega 3 and 6. 20.
