No. 1 - AK07 Iced Tea

Ingredients:

1 cup English Breakfast tea

2 tsp Manuka honey

1 oz Stolichnaya Vodka

½ oz Havana Club Anejo Reserva Rum

½ oz Apricot brandy

½ a Lemon, sliced

1 twist Orange peel

Method:

You will first need to prepare a cup of English breakfast tea – and make it

strong.

Allow it to chill (use ice if you’re in a hurry!).

Take a glass to mix your tea in and add the honey and the sliced lemon,

swishing it gently around to coat the lemon.

Add ice to this and pour in the apricot brandy, Vodka and Rum. Shake well to

mix.

To serve, you will need to add ice to a tall glass. As you’re adding the ice,

add in the orange peel as well, so that you end up with the peel winding

through the ice and up along the length of the glass.

Double strain the Vodka-Rum mix into the glass over the ice and top off with

the chilled black tea.

Tip: For a double treat and to bring out the flavor of the tea, you can serve

this with a sweet biscuit.

No. 2 - Boston Iced Tea

Ingredients:

1 cl Vodka

1 cl Gin

1 cl Rum

1 cl Tia Maria coffee liqueur

1 cl yellow Grand Marnier orange liqueur

Coca-Cola

Splash Sweet and Sour mix

Method:

Take a tall glass and add the alcohols one by one.

Add a splash of sweet and sour mix and top off with coke.

Stir the mixture and garnish with a slice of lemon.

No. 3 - Appleton's Spiced Iced Tea

Ingredients:

2 oz Appleton Estate Dark Jamaica Rum

1 can Lipton Iced Tea

Pinch of Cinnamon powder

Pinch of Nutmeg powder

4 ice cubes

Method:

Take a large glass and pour the Appleton’s Jamaican Rum into it.

Add in the cinnamon, nutmeg and the iced tea and stir.

Serve on the rocks.

No. 4 - Colonel Dan's Iced Tea

Ingredients:

1 oz Bourbon whiskey

5½ oz sweetened Iced Tea

2 oz 7-Up

Dash of Lemon juice

Method:

You will need to either, prepare and chill some sweetened iced tea

beforehand, or have the readymade variety on hand.

Take a collins glass and fill it with ice cubes.

Pour the bourbon over the the ice, and add the lemon juice.

Fill ¾ of the glass with the sweetened iced tea.

Top up with 7-Up and give it one good stir. Serve.

No. 5 - Ewa Beach Iced Tea

Ingredients:

2 oz Absolut Vodka

2 oz Captain Morgan spiced Rum

2 oz Jose Cuervo Especial gold Tequila

2 oz Tanqueray Gin

1½ oz Triple Sec

4 oz Fruit Punch

3½ oz Pineapple juice

Method:

Take a glass and add ice.

Combine the ingredients one by one. Stir and serve.

No. 6 - Fireman's Iced Tea

Ingredients:

1 oz Vodka

1 oz Triple Sec

1 oz Rum

1 oz Gin

Splash of Grenadine syrup

Splash of Sprite

Method:

Add ice to a glass and mix the vodka, rum, triple sec and gin over it.

Add a splash of grenadine syrup and a splash of sprite.

Garnish with a cherry and serve.

No. 7 - Hpnotiq Long Island Iced Tea

Ingredients:

1 oz Hpnotiq liqueur

1 oz Vodka

1 oz Rum

1 oz 1800 Tequila

1 oz Gin

1 oz Triple Sec

1 oz Sprite

1½ oz sweet and sour mix

Method:

Fill your cocktail shaker half-full with ice cubes.

Add in all the ingredients and shake.

Add ice to a collins glass and pour over it. Serve.

No. 8 - Long Island Iced Tea

Ingredients:

¼ oz Tanqueray Gin

¼ oz Smirnoff Vodka No.21

¼ oz Captain Morgan Silver spiced Rum

¼ oz Jose Cuervo Especial Gold Tequila

¼ oz Triple Sec

1 oz Sweet and Sour mix

6 oz Cola

1 wedge Lemon

Method:

Add ice to a collins glass and pour in all the ingredients one by one.

Top off the glass with cola, garnish with a wedge of lemon and serve.

No. 9 - Long Island Iced Tea (Low Cal)

Ingredients:

1 part Vodka

1 part 1800 Tequila

1 part Rum

1 part Gin

1 part Triple Sec

1 part fresh squeezed Lemon juice

2 parts Diet 7-Up

2 parts Diet Coke

Method:

İnto an empty glass, take a long piece of lemon rind and twist it hard so that it

releases its oils (into the glass). Rub the rind inside the glass as well and add it

to the glass.

Add ice and mix the ingredients over it one by one.

Pour into a cocktail shaker and give it one good shake.

Pour back into the glass and serve.

No. 10 - Killer Iced Tea with Orange

Ingredients:

1 oz white Rum

1 oz Jamaican dark Rum

1 oz Stroh80 Rum

1 oz Gin

1 oz Cointreau orange liqueur

2 - 3 oz Coca-Cola

Method:

Fill a glass just below the top with ice.

Build the alcohol over the ice one by one (upto ⅔ of the glass).

Add the coke and stir.

Garnish with a cherry or orange slice and serve.

No. 11 - Long Beach Iced Tea

Ingredients:

1 oz Triple Sec

½ oz Rum

½ oz Vodka

½ oz Gin

Cranberry juice

Splash of 7-Up

ice cubes

Method:

Add the alcohol one by one over a glass filled with ice.

Add a splash of 7-Up.

And fill up the glass with cranberry juice.

Garnish with a slice of lime and serve.

No. 12 - Dallas Long Island Iced Tea

Ingredients:

½ oz Gin

½ oz Rum

½ oz Tequila

½ oz Triple sec

½ oz Vodka

½ oz simple syrup

4-5 oz chilled Cola

Method:

Mix all alcohol into a glass, add in the simple syrup.

Fill up the glass with cola and serve.

No. 13 - Bambi's Iced Tea

Ingredients:

1 shot Vodka

Lemon Lime Soda (to fill half the glass)

Cola (to fill half the glass)

Splash of Sweet and Sour mix

Method:

Add crushed ice to a glass.

Pour in the shot of vodka, and a splash of sweet and sour mix.

Add equal parts of cola and lemon lime soda to fill the glass.

Mix together and serve. Garnish with mint leaves.

No. 14 - Nuclear Iced Tea

Ingredients:

½ oz Vodka

½ oz Gin

½ oz Rum

½ oz Triple Sec

1 oz Melon liqueur

Sweet and Sour mix

Splash of 7-Up

Method:

Fill a collins glass with ice and mix the alcohol over it.

Add the sweet and sour mix almost to the top of the glass.

Top off with 7-Up. Serve

No. 15 - Cayman Iced Tea

Ingredients:

2 oz Beefeater Gin

2 oz Bacardi Rum

3 oz Sour mix

2 oz Triple sec

2 oz Vodka

Splash of Coke

Method:

Put ice to a glass and add in all the ingredients except for the coke.

Mix them together and add the coke afterwards. (The coke is for color.)

Ingredients:

1 oz Vodka

1 oz Kiwi Schnapps

½ Lemonade mix

½ Iced Tea

Method:

Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and give it a good shake.

Serve on the rocks.

No. 17 - Raspberry Long Island Iced Tea

Ingredients:

1 oz Vodka

1 oz Rum

1 oz 1800 Tequila

1 oz Gin

1 oz Triple Sec

1½ oz sweet and sour mix

1 oz Chambord raspberry liqueur

Method:

Add ice to a cocktail shaker, and pour in all the ingredients.

Give it a good shake three or four times.

Pour into a collins glass.

Garnish with a wedge of lemon and serve.

No. 18 - Rhode Island Iced Tea

Ingredients:

1 oz Vodka

1 oz Gin

1 oz Silver Rum

1 oz Gold Tequila

Splash of Triple Sec

1¼ oz Pineapple juice

½ oz Cranberry juice

Method:

Add ice to a cocktail shaker and pour in all the ingredients.

Give it a good shake and pour into a glass.

Garnish with a slice of orange and serve.

No. 19 - Strong Island Iced Tea

Ingredients:

½ oz Bacardi 151 Rum

½ oz Jose Cuervo Gold tequila

½ oz Tanqueray Gin

½ oz AbsolutVodka

½ oz Grand Marnier orange liqueur

2 oz Sweet and Sour mix

1 oz Coca-Cola

2 lemon wedges

Method:

Add ice to a cocktail shaker and pour the alcohol and the sweet and sour

mix over it.

Shake vigorously for 10 seconds and pour into a collins glass.

Top with coke and squeeze the two lemon wedges into it. Serve.

No. 20 - Three Mile Island Iced Tea

Ingredients:

1 part Vodka

1 part white Tequila

1 part Rum

1 part Gin

1 part Triple Sec

1 part Midori melon liqueur

Method:

Add ice to a collins glass and pour in all the ingredients (except the Midori)

one by one.

Add the Midori in only after you have mixed the ingredients together. Serve.

No. 21 - Bluesberry Iced Tea Drink

Ingredients:

½ oz Amaretto

½ oz Gin

½ oz Light Rum

1½ oz Sweet and Sour mix

3oz or Sprite Lemon Lime Soda

Splash of Blue Curacao

Method:

Add ice to a glass and mix the ingredients over it.

Top off with a splash of Blue Curacao for color. Serve.

No. 22 - Tokyo Iced Tea

Ingredients:

1 oz Vodka

1 oz Gin

1 oz Rum

1 oz 1800 Tequila

2 oz Kiwi liqueur

1 oz Sugar syrup

7-Up

Method:

Add the alcohol together in a glass and mix.

Add in the sugar syrup and some ice. Add 7-Up to taste.

Garnish with a slice of lemon and serve.

No. 23 - CNY Iced Tea

Ingredients:

2 oz Vodka

2 oz 80 proof Gin

4 oz Bacardi 151 Rum

6 oz Cola

Sweet and Sour mix

Method:

Add ice to a tall glass and pour in the vodka and the gin.

Give it a good stir and add in the rum and the cola.

Give it another good stir and add in a splash of sweet and sour mix.

Stir once again and let it chill for a few minutes.

No. 24 - Westwood Iced Tea

Ingredients:

1 oz Jose Cuervo Especial gold Tequila

1 oz Tanqueray Gin

1 oz Bacardi light Rum

1 oz Goldschlager Cinnamon schnapps

2 oz Stoli vanilla Vodka

3 splashes Bacardi 151 Rum

Method:

Fill a beer mug (or pint glass) with ice.

Pour in the tequila, gin and the light rum, and stir.

Add in the cinnamon Schnapps, stir and add in the vanilla vodka.

Splash in the Bacardi 151 rum on top and serve.

No. 25 - 4BD Special Iced Tea

Ingredients: ⅔ oz Rum

¼ oz Vodka

200mlsweetened Iced Tea

Lemon slice

Lime slice

Method:

Prepare your iced tea beforehand and set aside to chill, or grab some of

readymade stuff.

Add ice to a tall glass and pour the vodka and rum over it.

Garnish with the lemon and lime slices, allow it to sit for a while before serving.

Note: This makes a great party drink for the summer. To make a larger batch

of this special iced tea, you will need,

1¾ liter Rum

¾ liter Vodka

5 gal sweetened Iced tea

3 Lemons sliced

3 Limes sliced

20 lbs of Ice

Make your iced tea in a 5 gallon cooler, add the rum and vodka, and

mix well.

Add in the ice, and the sliced lemon and lime.

Add in sugar if needed, until the taste of the alcohol is not readily

apparent.

Let it sit for a few hours before serving.

No. 26 - A.C. Iced Tea Cocktail

Ingredients:

½ oz Gin

½ oz Rum

½ oz Sour mix

½ oz Vodka

½ oz Raspberry Schnapps

Method:

Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake once.

Add ice to a collins glass and pour the alcohol over the ice.

Garnish with a wedge of lime and serve.

No. 27 - BFIT Drink

Ingredients:

4 shots Gin

4 shots Triple sec

4 shots Rum

3 shots Vodka

1 shot Tequila

Sweet and Sour mix

Splash of coke (for color)

Method:

Add ice to a pint glass and pour in the alcohol.

Fill the glass with sweet and sour mix, and mix well.

Add a splash of coke for color, stir once, and serve.

No. 28 - Blue Long Island Iced Tea

Ingredients:

½ oz Blue Curacao

½ oz Gin

½ oz Rum

½ oz Tequila

½ oz Vodka

Club Soda to fill the glass

Lime slice

Method:

Combine the alcohol into a cocktail shaker and give it a good shake.

Pour into a glass and top off with club soda.

Add a slice of lime to garnish and serve.

No. 29 - Galliano Island Iced Tea

Ingredients:

1½ oz Coffee Liqueur

1½ oz Galliano

Lemon Lime Soda (to fill the glass)

Mint leaves (for garnish)

Ice

Method:

Put crushed ice in a glass and mix in the alcohol.

Fill the glass with lemon lime soda and stir.

Garnish with mint leaves and serve.

No. 30 - Chronic Iced Tea

Ingredients:

1 oz Smirnoff Raspberry Twist Vodka

½ oz Malibu coconut Rum

½ oz Blue Curacao liqueur

½ oz Melon liqueur

½ oz Captain Morgan spiced Rum

3 oz 7-Up

2 splashes Sweet and Sour mix

Method:

Fill a glass with ice.

Begin with the raspberry vodka, then add in the Malibu rum, Blue Curacao

and the melon liqueur.

Add in 2 splashes of sweet and sour mix. Stir.

Fill the glass to just below the top with 7-Up.

Float the spiced rum over the top.

Garnish with cherries and serve.

No. 31 - Simple Chronic Iced Tea

Ingredients:

1 oz Stolichnaya Vanilla Vodka

1 oz Stolichnaya Raspberry Vodka

8 oz sweetened Iced Tea

Slice of Lemon

Method:

Fill a glass with ice and pour both the vanilla and raspberry vodka into it.

Add the sweetened iced tea and stir.

Squeeze a slice of lemon into the drink and serve.

Ingredients:

½ good quality Bourbon

½ Bojangle's Tea

Method:

Mix equal parts of Bojangle’s sweetened iced tea and bourbon.

Serve neat or over the rocks.

Ingredients:

1 part Blue Curacao liqueur

1 part Gin

1 part Bacardi white Rum

1 part Jose Cuervo Especial gold Tequila

1 part Absolut Vodka

1 part Sweet and Sour mix

Method:

Combine all of the ingredients and mix well.

Serve on the rocks, and garnish with a slice of orange.

Ingredients:

1oz Peach Schnapps

1 oz Spiced Rum

1½ oz Southern Comfort

½ oz Vodka

5 oz sweet Iced tea

Method:

Ingredients:

1 oz Vodka

2 oz Schnapps of your choice (Peach, cherry, strawberry, raspberry, or

⅓ of the glass of Coke

Method:

Mix all the ingredients together and serve on the rocks.

No. 99 - Sheetz Iced Tea

Ingredients:

1 can Molson ice Beer

2 shots Bacardi Limon Rum

2 shots Vermouth

1 shot Triple Sec

½ gallon Iced Tea

3 dollops Grape Jelly

Orange Gatorade (to fill glass)

Method:

Take the iced tea and place in a large pitcher.

Add the Molson beer, Vermouth, Bacardi and Triple Sec and stir.

Add between 3-4 dollops of grape jelly and mix.

Pour into a glass and top off with orange Gatorade. Serve.

Ingredients: 1⅓ oz Bulleit Bourbon

4 oz Lemonade

1 slice lemon

2 dashes Bitters

Method:

Mix all the ingredients together and serve on the rocks.

Garnish with a slice of lemon.

Ingredients:

1 oz Vodka

1 oz Rum

1 oz Gin

1 oz Bailey's Irish Cream

¾ oz DeKuyper Buttershots liqueur

1½ oz Cream

Splash of Coke

Method:

Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Give it a few good shakes.

Add ice to a highball glass and pour the drink over the ice.

Garnish with a cherry. Serve.
