2 WAYS TO REACH PLANNERSThe Event Planning Guide offers two types of advertising, providing options for a high-impact presence and targeted messaging. Options include standard display advertising, in sizes from quarter-page to full-page ads, as well as featured and photo listings which call attention to your business.

• Promoted in each issue of the meeting planner newsletter

• Link to the EPG on DDC’s Sales team email signatures

• Promotional card for EPG digital ebook distributed at events and shows

Destination DC’s primary market outreach to meeting planners is the Official Washington, DC Event Planning Guide.

The EPG is a cornerstone piece at meetings/convention and tourism (trade) tradeshows. The Convention Sales and Services Team uses the EPG in one-on-one meetings with meeting planners, while the tourism department reaches tour operators and international individual travelers for powerful domestic and international reach.
