1. Success is never a straight line. Get ready for twists and turns, bumpy roads, and surpriseloop-de-loops. Go for your dreams, have fun, and know you’ll be OK.

2. Fear is a false god. Growth (personal or business) demands letting go of "security", whichis really a falsity in itself. Choose faith.

3. When you realize your potential, it’s often scary. Whenyou know you are here to do more, be more, and impact more… staying where you are (even in a seemingly good place) will feel more agonizing than the growing pains of taking that leap you know you have to make.

4. Your habits create your outcomes. Do you have goodhabits? Identify areas in which you know you need better ones. And get help if you need it.

5. Get yourself a mentor or coach, whether you can work with her one-on-one or learn fromafar. And if you can invest in yourself during the process, you’ll likely move faster!

6. Use the power of a mastermind. You don’t have to come up with ideas or solutions byyourself. Two minds are truly better than one, and more are even better. Leaders throughout history have been using masterminds for centuries, and you can do this too.

7. Most everything you want right now is outside of your comfort zone. Get comfortable withbeing uncomfortable. It will become a way of life, and easier every time.

8. Be optimistic. Keeping your thoughts positive is proven to help you be more successful.

9. Stop judging others. It’s wasted energy. The more we judge others’ doings, we are simplytrying to justify our own choices. This isn’t a competition or a contest. Be comfortable and confident with your choices and get on with your purpose.

10. To change your results, don’t just have to change what you’re doing. You likely need tochange who you’re being. The person you have been up to now is not the same personwho’s about to make the leap that you deep down really want to make.
