Paraguay Truth and justice commission established in 2000 (about the regime of Stroessner 1954-89)An anterior commission established by the World Council of churches (1976-1990) documented that 360.000 persons had been

Panama - in 2001 the president Mireya Moscoso established a commission for the study of crimes of the period 1968-89(dictatorships of Torrijos and Noriega) [150 disappeared]
