• Formation- by springing of the subterranian water to the surface

• Area 880ha

• 3 soil types:

- fenny soil

- fen

- transient peat

An interesting place- sand dune

Forests

• Form 42% of the landscape of Třeboň

• Rarity is the Třeboň pine
