p0NomPusch - This parameter defines the UE-specific nominal power for the PUSCH. Used for P0_PUSCH calculation in UE uplink power control equation (P1) for controlling the mean received SNR for user data during (re)transmission corresponding to a received PDCCH with DCI format 0 associated with a new packet transmission. This parameter is used to control mean received SNR for user data.
