10) Shiai-Jyo (Tatami)- To find sport hall for 6 shiai-jyo, plus warming up room,

11) First day of tournament will be only for Individual Kata & kumite,

12) Second day are Team Kata & kumite , Veterans,

13) No spectator, press man, photographs, parents are allowed in the fighting area. There must be fence around all 4 corners, and there must be a guard with each fence.

14) Only one coach can be together with the participant in the fighting area. 2. General rules a) It’s very important to start in time and finish not later than the end time of schedule. There are long days for everybody and especially the young children, b) Number of participants in individual age category : age : 9 – 10 – 11 years : 2 boys, 2 girls in Kata and 2 boys, 2 girls in Kumite per country, age : 12 -13 - 14 years : 4 boys, 4 girls in Kata and 4 boys and 4 girls in Kumite per country. c) Kata must be JKA standardization. d) Bow (Rei) in Kata shiai ; before enter rei into the direction of the shushin, then bow to eachother on the enbu-sen, than musubi- dachi, After match rei each other on the enbu-sen then out of shiai-jyo again rei, e) Bow (Rei) in kumite ; Bow before enter shiai-jyo and on the enbu-sen bow each other (respect each other), It is NOT necessary bow to referee f) Hansoku ; kumite – after two times win by hansoku-gachi then must stop match, even no participate for kumite team, g) Only the one official registered manager by country could make protest against the judge’s decision. h) Each country can register 1 manager and up to 8 coaches i) Every competitor must wear a white karate-gi with name or emblem of one’s own country on the left chest, without any other publicity. j) Every competitor must wear an identification number (which will be assigned after the registration and tournament’s organization) on his/her back. k) No change of contestants after the registration is admitted. l) Definition of age ; The age of contestants for each division is considered as that of the first day of tournament, (example May 25 2013,) m) Disqualification ; Any contestant who is required to stop from the match by the officially appointed tournament doctor will be disqualified and unable to continue, The doctors hold the decision, n) One country – one delegation ; Only one organization will be allowed to represent a country, o) Each contestant must carry health insurance and is responsible for his/her own healthcare beyond that which is available by the tournament doctors,

CHILDREN CHAMPIONSHIP RULES A. IMPORTANT POINTS 1) These rules are for children’s aged 9 year to 17 years old for boys and girls.

2) For each category the instructors, coaches, referees, parents, and organizers, all we must protect and take care for children a) Technical point ( how about kime ?)

b) Physical point ( contact to face and body ?)

c) Mental point ( afraid, coward, trauma, threaten, ?)

d) Educational point (etiquet, respect, ?)
