What is each camera’s job? 5. Do you have a camera person assigned to each camera ? 6. Is there enough light to see the speaker? 7. Have you told the speaker to avoid wearing solid white or solid black clothes? 8. Does the speaker have a microphone? If not, is there a camera that’s close enough to record the speaker’s voice? 9. Have you tested the cameras and sound? 10. Have you collected the speaker’s powerpoint, keynote, and/or video file?
