This includes the use of electronic media to ensure cost-effective, broad availability to the public and interested parties. The entire Fresno to Bakersfield Locally Generated Alternative (F-B LGA) Draft Supplemental EIR/EIS (Volumes I - III) and the supporting technical reports are available on the California High-Speed Rail Authority’s website. In addition to providing the documents in electronic format, the F-B LGA Draft Supplemental EIR/EIS (Volumes I-III) is also available in hard copy at the repositories listed below. Electronic copies of the Draft Supplemental EIR/EIS document and the supporting technical reports are available on compact disc upon request at the office of the California High-Speed Rail Authority, 770 L Street, Suite 800, Sacramento, CA 95814.
