In 2015, 60 administrators and employees took part in one of the 20 activities of the Escouade D. A total of 450 hours of volunteer work were devoted to supporting the organizations and activities in our region.
CHALLENGES FOR WORTHY CAUSES
Many Caisse employees and officers often participate to sporting challenges that aim to raise money for a good cause in our community. In 2015, they participated in the following sporting activities: Défi adapte ta course (Fondation du Centre de réadaptation de l’Estrie), Défi Memphré, Marathon de Magog, Relais du lac Memphrémagog (Fondation Christian Vachon) and Relais pour la vie de Magog.
DESJARDINS MUTUAL ASSISTANCE CAMPAIGN
In order to support Centraide Estrie which helps 6 organisms in our RCM, employees and officers mobilized for this cause and showed their support by wearing jeans and collected over $500! The Caisse generously tripled this amount by adding a sum of $1,500.
In 2015, the Caisse offered some exclusive advantages for Desjardins members. Whether in the context of a contest or at events sponsored by the Caisse, these distinctive advantages have enabled the winners to live a unique experience, to receive a gift or an exclusive privilege.
