MDA Diversity Workgroup

• Met with Director Don Koivisto to discuss the results of the diversity survey

• It was agreed that the Diversity group would meet with Anthony Estell, from DTMB who developed a Diversity/Humanity Awareness Seminar for DTMB and determine if he would assist MDA in developing a similar awareness seminar

Diversity Group’s Next Steps

• The Diversity Group will use the results of the MDA Diversity Survey as a reference to support other objectives of the Department.

• The Diversity Group will coordinate a Diversity/Humanity Awareness Seminar for MDA employees
