RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER TO WU & ASSOCIATES, INC.
FORTHE HISTORIC RESTORATION OF THE LOUIS I. KAHN TRENTON BATH
HOUSEAND DAY CAMP PAVILIONS AT THE EWING SENIOR AND
COMMUNITYCENTER
Resolution #10R- WHEREAS, Ewing Township has received grants
from the County of Mercer for the restoration of the historic
elements of the Louis I. Kahn Trenton Bath House andDay Camp
Pavilions located at the Ewing Senior & Community Center;
and
WHEREAS, the Township awarded a contract for a said work to Wu
& Associates, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, as a result of sub-surface and other site conditions,
it is necessary to makeadditions and deletions as set forth in the
Change Order submitted to the County of Mercer andthe Township of
Ewing on October 4, 2010 as annexed hereto increasing the Contract
amount by$35,360.96 to be $1,590,237.33; and
WHEREAS , the Chief Financial Officer has provided a
Certification of Funds;NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED , by the
Township Council of the Township of Ewing that it hereby approves
of the Change Order No. 003 dated October 4, 2010 as submittedby Wu
& Associates, Inc. increasing the Contract amount by $35,360.96
to now be$1,590,237.33; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and appropriate officials
are hereby authorizedto execute the Change Order as presented.

hereby certify that theabove is a true copy of a Resolution adopted
by the Governing Body of the Township of Ewing at a Regularly
Scheduled Meeting of the Municipal Council of the Township of
Ewing, County of Mercer, State of New Jersey held on the 12 th day
of October, 2010.
