4Where FCP accepts an advertisement or
publication rom the Advertiser, it may, at itsabsolute discretion, place or position the
advertisement anywhere it so chooses unless theAdvertiser has paid or and FCP has acceptedpayment and agreed to the placement o theadvertisement at a particular place or position.
5These terms and conditions do not excludeor limit the application o any provision oany statute (including the Trade Practices

6Except to the extent that clause 5 applies,FCP will not be liable or any: (a) statutoryliability; (b) tortuous liability (including, but not

7The Advertiser must indemniy FCPagainst all losses, expenses, damagesand costs (on a solicitor and own client
basis) incurred by or awarded against FCParising out o or in connection with anybreach o these terms and conditions whichis wholly or partly attributable to or arisingout o the acceptance and publication o anyadvertisement.
8The Advertiser warrants to FCP thatany advertisement that is accepted orpublication contains inormation that is
true and correct in all respects, is in no waymisleading or deceptive such that it maycontravene section 52 o the Trade PracticesAct 1974, section 53c o the Trade PracticesAct 1974 or any other provision o any law othe State or Commonwealth, and is otherwiselawul.
9Without limiting FCPs rights underclause 1 o these terms and conditions,advertisements must comply with
FCPs standards o presentation, style and
classifcation in respect o advertisementsplaced with FCP.
10Where complete material is suppliedelectronically it must be provided inPDF ormat with onts embedded.
For all other supplied material FCP reserve theright to amend onts to those licensed to FCP.
11Where any advertisement has theappearance o editorial matter, theAdvertiser must include a border
o a minimum o two point thickness and theword Advertisement must be displayed onthe advertisement in at least size eight-pointont.
12All run o press, classifed displayand classifed semi-displayadvertising sold by FCP will be
sold in whole centimetre and column units.All classifed line advertising sold by FCP willbe sold by the total number o lines used andFCP may, at its absolute discretion, require theAdvertiser to place a minimum number o linesin any advertisement beore it is accepted.
13Adjustments and claims must benotifed within 30 days rom theend o the month in which the
advertisement appears. The publishers willnot consider claims lodged outside the above
period.
