functions:

1. To serve as an Action Plan-Abusiness plan can help to move you toaction..A business plan will help you to pull apart the pieces of starting abusiness and examine each piece by itself. So instead of one large problem,you have a sequence of smaller problems. And by solving the small problems,the large problem is automatically solved.

2. To serve as a Road Map - business plan can be an invaluable tool to helpkeep you on track and moving in the direction you want to go. it is very easyto lose sight of your objectives and goals -- a business plan can help to keepyou focused. A business plan can also serve to help others to understand yourvision, including suppliers, customers, employees, friends, and family.

3. To serve as a Sales Tool., a business plan can serve as a sales tool. You willprobably need outside financing to start your business, and a business plan isthe tool you need to convince investors to come on board.

1) The business plan that you submit can be no longer than 40 pages and include nomore than four pages of financial charts.

2) The plan must meet these format requirements:You have to use your own cover page withcompany logo, tag line, etc.

Use a font size between 10 and 12 point., for heading 14 and 16 points, for

chapters 18 , 20 points . Use any font you like, however we recommend Helvetica, orGaramond, bookman old style ---- .

Margins: 1.5 inch top ( beginning of chapter) and left 1inch, top bottom andright. Plans should be SINGLE-SPACED

Please number all the pages including the first page. Tables, graphs, exhibits, andspreadsheets may be single-spaced, and they count in the page limit.Include your business concept name as a header or footer( with logo) on all the

pages.You can submit your entry as a PDF or in Microsoft Word (Office 97 or later). Deliver the copies to us no later than 18thJanuary 2007 . If not submit with due

date the grade will be F . 20th 22ndJune is the presentation date
