be acceptable here.

Davis Bacon Act is incorporated into this solicitation.
Davis Bacon Act requires the payment of wages and bona fide fringe benefits (or cash equivalents thereof) in accordance with the wage determination that is issued by the Secretary of Labor
Current wage determination for Harris County, Texas, is General Wage Decision TX030010 (Building Construction) dated 06/13/03

TX030010, dated 06/13/03, is included in the RFP, Section J
Any revision to this wage determination issued by the Department of Labor prior to award will be incorporated into the solicitation.

Wage and Hour Regulations Davis-Bacon Act states that employees
must be paid not less often than once a week
Payrolls and Statement of Compliance must be submitted weekly to the Contracting Officer
Overtime must be paid at a rate of 1 ½ times the employees basic hourly rate of pay for hours worked in excess of 40 hours per week in accordance with the Contract Work Hours & Safety Standards Act.

Wage and Hour Regulations Use of apprentices and trainees is
permissible only if they are individually registered in a bona fide apprenticeship program with the U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training, or with a recognized State Apprenticeship Agency.
Helper rates may not be paid unless specifically shown on the General Wage Decision.
Prime Contractors are responsible for the submission and accuracy of all Subcontractor data
