• Define logical space within ZFS, if it is being shared

• Leverage the ZFS GUI for real time Monitoring and Operations

--Analytics to monitor metrics , integrated with EM12c

• No ASM for hosting Database

• Check db_file_multiblock_readcount,_ldr_io_size,_max_io_size

• Define share properties according to I/O type (Read vs Write)
