This reliable and cost-effective pipe renovation system is espe-cially useful for in-house appli-cations, which often involve tight conditions with small and hard-to-reach nominal widths ranging from DN 32 to DN 200, as well as in components like downpipes.

All work, including the initial cleaning of pipes with no dama-ge to the building fabric (e.g. ti-les), is professionally performed

by trained personnel without any contamination from the renovati-on work.

This CE-certifi ed system is suitab-le for almost every common pipesubstance, for instance the stan-dard plastics used in sanitary fa-cilities (PVC, PE, PP, GRP), as well as concrete, fi ber cement, sto-neware, and metals like copper, stainless steel and/or cast iron.

Damaged pipes are sealed and coated using a two-component PU material formulated especially for these requirements, with a

very fast reaction time – it cures so quickly that

it cannot run off during the intro-duction process and creates a

fi nal, even material thickness of ≥ 3 mm. It is applied in multiple layers / work steps.

Once it is cured, this coating ma-terial is resistant to pressure, do-mestic sewage and grease. Because of its fl exibility, Elasto-Flake can also be used at higher

temperatures and with tempera-ture fl uctuations.

In addition, it protects the coa-ted pipes from mechanical wear thanks to its very smooth surface, ensures very low adhesions/depo-sits, and improves the fl ow perfor-mance.

I.S.T. LINER systemsIn addition to outstanding product qualities, the liner systems of I.S.T. provide versatility, practice orientation and variability, which means that they have all the characteristics to meet the re-quirements at the different con-struction sites and the individual processing company requirement.

The I.S.T. LINER systems make it possible to perform reconstruc-tion work reliably, cost effective - and in most cases in only one day, in some cases even in a few hours – and in accordance with the state-of-the-art. High quality raw materials and formulations as well as sophisticated manufactu-ring technologies provide results that meet the highest quality re-quirements.

LinersPolyester needle felt hoses from DN 50 to DN 1200 in different wall thicknesses, laminations and seam designs cover the entire spectrum of the hose liner reconstruction. This includes arcs up to 87° as well as one to a maximum of two changes of dimensions, depending on the liner type.A consistently high quality can be guaranteed based on the out-standing raw materials and the inhouse liner packaging at I.S.T. A very fast delivery – even for unu-sual customer requirements – can also be realized.

Several test certifi cates and many references provide for many years proof for our claim that we provi-de the best possible quality to the user.

POXEasyCalibration hoses in different designs

Support hosesSupport hoses (calibration hoses) from DN 60 to DN 800 in different material thicknesses, arc clearan-ces and in part with a tempera-ture resistance up to + 80 °C com-plete our liner assortment.

They can be reused and are espe-cially qualifi ed for inversion work with „open ends“. They are also used in applications with sharp edges and if shards are present in the old pipe.

Easy POX – the two component epoxide resin

The two component epoxide re-sins, series Easy POX, consist of 4 cold as well as 2 heat curing ty-pes and cover an enormous band-width. Therefore, the user has the optimum reaction resins with the matching pot life available for dif-ferent construction site and tem-perature conditions.

All Easy POX resin systems have low viscosity and are capillary active. The penetration and im-pregnation characteristics are exceptionally good, the viscosity

is optimally matched to the ca-pillary action of the I.S.T. LINER, which means that good strengths of the liners will be achieved. The system optimization achieves good migration and chemical con-sistancy in the cured condition.

More that 18 years of market pre-sence have matured these solvent free, unfi lled and pigmented reac-tion resins to perfection.

Short liner system „Spot Repair System“/ „Spot Repair System Plus“

Bi-directional glass complexes with different surface weights and width based on the corrosion resistant ECR glass represent the carrier material for the Spot Liner.

They are cut at the construction site, special widths are offered in some cases, e.g. for DN 150, which minimizes the clippings.

The Advantex® has an outstanding processing capability and the imp-regnation with the reaction resins of series Easy PUR is excellent.

Easy PUR/Easy PUR Plus is availa-ble as a two or three component silicate resin system and it was especially developed for the short liner use on most pipe surfaces.

The very good impregnation cha-racteristics and the excellent adhesion with the old pipe cha-racterize this elastic silicate re-sin in addition to the outstanding resistance after curing against the different media. Formulations de-veloped inhouse prevent foaming

in case of moisture and water con-tact.

The different product options per-mit a high versatility and variabi-lity with respect to the processing and curing times.

Different packaging sizes and high cost effectiveness, especially practical working due to compo-nents whose volume is matched to each other in small packages

without measuring and weighing work of the individual components at the construction site.

Several test certifi cates, many references and the DlBt appro-val No. Z-42.3-388 or Z-42.3-533 provide for many years proof for our claim that we deliver the best possible quality to the user even in the short liner area.

The controller enables quick and easy work through controlled in-fl ation and vacuuming of the two-chamber system. During curing, the pressure is continuously cont-rolled.

Easy PUR as a three-component sili-cate resin version for maximum fl e-xibility on the building site or Easy PUR 2K as a two component resin in

three versions with fi xed mixing ra-tios and pot lives have proved very successful.

When favouring an epoxy resin, Easy POX 1504 has made a name for its-elf through high strength values and a long pot life despite a relatively short curing time.

These reaction resins allows the user

a high degree of variability under al-most any building site conditions.
