Log In for My Organisation/Business’ Tax Matters

1 Select your Tax Reference Number type from the dropdown list and enter your tax reference number.

2 Enter your IRAS PIN.

3 Select your Organisation Tax Reference Number type from the dropdown list and enter the tax reference number.

4 Click on Log In to login to the system

Log In for “My Client’s Tax Matters”

1 Select your Tax Reference Number type from the dropdown list and enter your tax reference number.

2 Enter your IRAS PIN.

3 Select your Organisation Tax Reference Number type from the dropdown list and enter the tax reference number.

4 Click on Log In to login to the system

Note: If you have logged in for your Client’s Tax Matters, you will be prompted to key client’s tax number.Select your client’s Tax Reference number type from the dropdown list, enter your client’s tax reference number and click on Retrieve.

Note: You may view filing status of IR21 submitted via fax, post, EVN or myTax Portal. The records will be kept for up to 21 days from date of last update for e-IR21 or date of receipt for paper IR21.

1 Records can be sorted by clicking on the heading of the respective columns.

2 To edit or submit a particular e-IR21 record, click on either Employee’s Name or Employee’s ID hyperlink.

3 To delete a particular IR21 record, check the box beside the S/N of the particular IR21 record and click on Delete Selected IR21 Record.

4 To continue with another filing, click on File a New IR21.

5 To go back to the Main Menu to View/Edit/Submit IR21, click on Go to View/Edit/Submit page.

Tax Clearance (Form IR21) – To retrieve Draft / Pending Approval e-IR21

Action

1 Upon successful login , you will see the following:

- What I Need To Do

- Useful Tax Info

- Correspondence & Notices

- Last Completed Portal Transactions

- What’s New

2 Click on What I Need To Do. You will see the following messages:

File Form/Return

- No outstanding draft/pending approval e-IR21

- Draft IR21 pending filing

- Approve and submit e-IR21

3 Click on the “Draft e-IR21 pending filing” or “Approve and Submit e-IR21” links to bring you to the IR21 filing status page with e-IR21 of either Draft/Pending Approval.

Note : “No outstanding draft/pending approval e-IR21” message will be displayed when no action is required or action is done or upon expiry of 21 days from date of last saved draft e-IR21.
