The programme is aimed at •Newly appointed administrative and academic managers and leaders

Primarily goal•To gain expertise in how KTH is organized and led•To bring up current issues and provide a vision for KTH managers•To provide inspiration and awaken interest in continued learning

• Project, which is presented for the president of KTH and for the chair person of KTH universty bord at the last seminar

The underlying theme of this part of the program is that the concious leader can contribute to his/her own development as well as to the development and motivation of their personal and of the organisation.

The goal is that each participant will aquire a deeper awareness of themselves and improve thier abiblity to create a good and constructive working climate and contribute to the success of the organisation.

The program takes its starting point in the challenges you face and consist primarily of experience-based methods such as discussions, reflection, role play and coaching
