• Capital projects– Primarily funds vehicles & equipment – Under § 5310, “capital” also includes

• Purchase of service• Mobility management

– 80/20 Federal/local match• 90/10 for CAA / ADA equipment

• Operating projects– Pilot for “operations” in 7 states– Up to 33% of state’s total– 50/50 Federal/local match
