Title Page State-specific title page that an agency can customize.
Introduction Description of the overall structure of the document. This section should provide an overview of the organization and the goals and objectives of the strategic plan.
Outreach Program Description of how the State MEP will promote the use of MSIX for records exchange – training, surveys, focus groups, and promotion.
Staffing Plan Description of the future workforce needed to implement the strategic plan.
Program Budget Overview of the financial plan to implement the projects.
Project Plan and Objectives Description of the tasks to be implemented to accomplish MEP goals and objectives
Performance Measurement Evaluation
Description of the metrics used to determine whether specific strategies are meeting their goals.
Glossary and Acronyms Description of terms and acronyms used in the document.
