To round off decimals we use the 5/4 rounding.
Example 1: Round 3.1418 to 3 decimal places.
Look at the 4th decimal place.
therefore we round it up to 3.142.
Example 2: Round 2.452 to 2 decimal places.
Look at the 3rd decimal place.
therefore we round it down to 2.45.
