NDOT Proclamation to bring Part 7 of NLTTA (Transport planning) into effect on 1 June 2002 – currently being Gazetted
NLTSF done, to be discussed later in presentation
Regulations and requirements for PLTFs and CTPRs consulted intensively, drafts published in Gazette, appropriate comments accommodated, approved by State Law Advisors and will be published after proclamation on effecting Part 7
Dates recommended for finalisation of PLTFs and CTPRs = 31 December 2002
