Greetings All-
May is the beginning of spring with heavy wet snow, and
we just so happened to receive the snow storm on the day
that we were going to attend the Leadership Symposium-
so we did not attend.
I spoke with Nancy Flippin about not being able to attend
and Nancy will mail our booklets to Barbara Tigyer.
Thank you to all our volunteers at the Blossom Rodeo-
parking cars. We will be parking cars again for the PRCA
rodeo June 9 and 10 Please let us know if you can help.
Mothers Day is the Hallmark Card day for the month; so
show Mother how much you love and care for her. You
might want to design your own card, it will mean more to
her then a store bought card.
Happy Mothers Day to all Moms here and in Heaven. We
love you MOM
See you and your guest at our June 7 meeting at the new

BOARD MEETING MAY 3 017
The president reported that our memorandum of agreement (MOA) Status is good until August of this year. Also, Becky S will be our liaison for the BLM and USFS to get our MOA renewed A board member told us about a new vet that is mobile and comes from Pueblo West. He has good prices and has agreed to come and be a guest speaker at our meeting in August. The website coordinator shared analytics from Facebook boosted posts. Data indicates that the best way to increase engagement is with photos and videos from activities. The education committee shared plans for an overnight pack training camp for kids aged 12-18. Need 25 members to volunteer and help out for it to be a success. It is planned for late July.
