  • B.O.L.T Semester 1

Every Thursday lunch time from 1.30 – 2.30pm, eight very lucky students go to the hall to participate in the BOLT program, this stands for Bikes Over Lunch Time. BOLT is about learning how to fix broken bikes and restoring a bike to donate to someone in our community. The eight BOLT boys have learnt how to fix tyre punctures, had a race to put a bike together and done some spray-painting. Bunnings Scoresby came and donated a heap of tools for us BOLT boys. So a very big thank you to Bunnings, we are very grateful. We love fixing the bikes and cannot wait till the end of term PIZZA PARTY!!! Our BOLT supervisor brings lunch every week, cheese and bacon rolls, fruit and even donuts. I can’t wait for next term’s BOLT. By Robert Peake 5/6D
