The specialised welders who build Stacer plate boats have a golden

rule: build it as if it’s your own – and that’s important when there’s

over 500 meters and 80 hours of welding in a single boat!

The Ranger plate series is built by a specialised team of highly

qualified welders with over 80 years of combined welding

experience. The latest inverter welding technology is used for a

cooler, more consistent weld that is ultimately stronger and more

durable.

A combination of welding techniques are used throughout the

manufacturing process, with twin pulse welding being used on all

external welds for the finest quality of finish.

GOT THE GUTSIT’S WHAT’S UNDER THE FLOOR THAT MAKES OUR PLATE RANGE SERIOUSLY TOUGH!

The entire range is built with an internal sub frame, milk crate structure

of longitudinal and latitudinal ribs to reinforce strength and help shape

the renowned EVO Advance Hull. Each boat is constructed with 8 vertical

stringers each being 6mm thick and 5mm horizontal ribs for maximum

strength and completed with a fully welded checkerplate floor. To

provide additional support to the self- draining checkerplate floor a box

section floor frame is also fitted.

Our entire Plate Range is created from hightensile marine grade

aluminium and cut using the latest CnC router machinery to

maximise accuracy. The back bone of our Plate boats is then

reinforced with our solid T Keel which allows the side sheet

to slot in and be welded across the top and bottom for un-

breakable support. Our super wide rounded side decks are

created from 4mm aluminium to create a supportive frame and

perfect structure for welded aluminium rod holders.

What makes these rod holders so appealing to the fisho is the quick release action pin which allows the rod holder to swing down on demand – so kitting up your rods is ‘reel easy’ –simply return the holder to its upright position and lock in the pin to stow rods while travelling. If that’s not enough, these little jems are anodised for strength and rubber lined to protect rod butts and keep them safely stowed.

Where the fish are is where you want to be – and that means having a boat you can be confident will travel the distance offshore. With a maximum fuel capacity of 320L a model from the Stacer plate series will take you there. The fuel cell is installed midships for optimal weight distribution and also undergoes pressure testing in the production process. For added practicality, the fuel tank is not fully welded to the floor structure making them removable if in need of maintenance.

Safety and performance go hand in hand and Stacer’s plate range exceeds industry flotation requirements with the use of Expandable Polyethylene “EPE” closed cell foam. EPE foam is resistant to petroleum based substances so it can be strategically placed under the floor to achieve a basic flotation rating across the range. In the event of water entering the hull, foam flotation will maintain buoyancy more effectively than air chambers.

There are rod holders, and then there are real rod holders. All models in our new plate series feature 6 welded in rod holders cast in solid aluminium. Cast from a single mould for maximum strength, these are truly heavy duty fixtures worthy of the offshore fisho. To top if off, all Ocean Ranger Cabins have a whopping 17 rod holders as standard!

HARD TOPTHE NEW STACER HARD TOP MODEL IS AVAILABLE AS 589, 619, 679 AND 739 OCEAN RANGER MODELS.

Built tough the Hard Top uses a completely enclosed and fully sealed waterproof windscreen made of a single piece of toughened curved glass with sliding side windows also created from reinforced glass. On top the Reel Easy rod holder uses a quick release single action pin to allow you to pull down each individual holder to easily reach and store up to six fishing rods. It is anodised for additional strength and rubber lined to protect your rods. To allow easy access to the front of the boat there is a hidden grab rail on the roof of the Hard Top which also drains water and also a toughened glass hatch to access the anchor well from the cabin.

110L KILL TANK/FUE L TANKStacer’s plate series feature a minimum of 110L underfloor storage which can be used as dry storage, an esky, a live-well or can be converted to a secondary fuel tank. This 1.2m wide compartment is positioned across midships for maximum accessibility and optimum weight distribution.

There’s plenty of room to store your gear in an Ocean Ranger Cabin. Larger models feature 2m bunks - each capable of holding a minimum of 125L of storage - so you’ll have plenty of leg room to catch some shut eye.

All Ocean and Nomad Rangers feature large aluminium rod pockets as standard; the perfect place to keep all your gear tucked away for a clutter free deck space.

Why have one when you can have two? Concealed in the transom area there’s plenty of

room for a twin battery set up and oil bottle storage, all tucked neatly behind our folding rear lounge.
