1.The quantity of dal & vegetable was found to be insufficient in Amreli.2.Noticeable difference was found in number of children actually taking the MDM and number recorded in the MDM registers in some schools. 3.In many schools MDM register was not updated in terms of daily students intake of MDM.4.Delay of three to four months in payment of remuneration of MDM staff in 7 schools.
