Gentle stroll to L'Artís farmhouse followed by an energetic
ascent to the Casa Alta plain. The route begins at Cabanyes
farmhouse (Masía d’en Cabanyes), the Manuel de Cabanyes Romanticism
Interpretation Centre. Go west, following the Camino Real and the
GR 92.4 footpath. When you arrive at the path that connects
Vilanova to L'Artís farmhouse you meet the GR 92, follow this to
the right along the track and, later, down a side path to L'Artís
farmhouse. After passing the farmhouse, the GR turns off towards
Fondo de Les Oliveres (PR C-143) and then, higher up, Fondo
Teixidor, towards the right. Leave the path at the
Castellet-Canyelles road and continue west to the Casa Alta plain,
where you will leave the GR before going down to the Les Palmeres
plain and returning to the Fondo de les Oliveres and L' Artís
farmhouse, following the PR C-143.
Paisible promenade jusqu’au Mas de l'Artís, suivie par une
ascension tonique jusqu’au plateau de la Casa Alta. L’itinéraire
débute à la Masia d'en Cabanyes, Centre d’interprétation du
Romantisme Manuel de Cabanyes. Départ en direction de l’ouest en
suivant le chemin royal et le sentier GR 92.4. Au chemin qui relie
Vilanova au Mas de l'Artís, vous rencontrerez le GR 92, que vous
prendrez vers la droite en empruntant tout d’abord une piste, puis
un sentier latéral jusqu’au Mas de l'Artís ; après le mas, le GR
dévie par le Fondo de Les Oliveres (PR C-143) et, plus haut, par le
Fondo del Teixidor, vers la droite. Vous aboutirez au chemin de
Canyelles à Castellet, puis continuerez en direction de l’ouest
jusqu’au plateau de la Casa Alta, où vous quitterez le GR. Vous
descen-drez au Pla de les Palmeres et, en suivant le PR C-143, vous
retrouverez le Fondo de les Oliveres et le Mas de l'Artís.

A route that quickly and continually rises to reach one of El
Garraf's most privileged viewpoints. In spite of its modera-te
length it is reserved for determined walkers. Beginning in the
Ribes sports area, in Passeig de la Circumval·lació, follow the GR
92.4 footpath, crossing the district of Sota-Ribes via the castle.
When you arrive at La Masieta, take the asphalt track towards Can
Ramonet, and then continue along footpath PR C-143, climbing
briskly to Els Vinyals and the Montgròs turn-off. Leave the PR
there and begin the ascent to the summit. Wide panoramic views open
up over western El Garraf, with Ribes and the seafront between
Sitges and Vilanova particularly standing out. The return is made
along the Sidro Fountain (Font d’en Sidro) path, which drops from
Els Vinyals to La Coma farmhouse. Finally you will arrive at Ribes,
passing, the Hermitage of Sant Pau and the neighbourhood of Les
Parellades along the way.
Itinéraire conduisant, après une ascension rapide et soutenue, à
l’un des miradors les mieux situés du Garraf. En dépit de sa
longueur modérée, il est réservé aux marcheurs confirmés. À partir
de la zone sportive de Ribes, sur la promenade de ceinture (Paseo
de Circumval·lació), suivez le sentier GR 92.4 à travers le
quartier de Sota-Ribes, par le Château. À la Masieta, prenez une
piste goudronnée jusqu’à Can Ramonet, d’où vous continuerez par le
sentier PR C-143, qui grimpe franchement en direction d’Els Vinyals
et de l’embranchement de Montgròs. Là, vous quitterez le PR pour
entamer l’ascension vers le sommet. Large panorama sur le Garraf
occidental, avec vue plongeante sur Ribes et la façade maritime
comprise entre Sitges et Vilanova. Au retour, vous emprunterez le

Round-trip route which, though not technically difficult,
requires a minimum level of fitness because of its incline and
duration. The route passes by one of El Garraf's cliff viewpoints,
with the added attraction of visiting the beautiful and surprising
Trinitat Hermitage. Begin in front of the train station and the
municipal Tourist Office in Eduard Maristany square. Go down L'Hort
Gran street towards Sant Sebastià beach and from there towards the
La Levantina residen-tial estate, leaving the cemetery behind on
the left, passing through Ramon Planes street and Emerencià Roig
Avenue, at the end of which you will cross the railway line and
arrive at the residential estate. The signs for the GR. 92 footpath
are clearly visible when you enter the estate, and you should
follow them for the rest of the route, with the exception of the
small roundtrip section to the Sant Isidre Cross, which is clearly
signed.
Parcours aller-retour sans difficulté technique, mais dont le
dénivelé et la durée exigent un minimum de pratique de la
randonnée. L’itinéraire, qui longe un des belvédères sur les
falaises de la côte du Garraf, a pour attrait supplé-mentaire la
visite du bel et surprenant ermitage de la Trinitat. Depuis la
place Eduard Maristany, devant la gare ferroviaire et l’Office de
tourisme municipal, vous vous dirigerez par la rue de l’Hort Gran
vers la plage de Sant Sebastià, puis vers le lotissement La
Levantina, après avoir passé le cimetière sur votre gauche et
emprunté la rue Ramon Planes et l’avenue Emerencià Roig, traversée
en son extrémité par la ligne de chemin de fer. Arrivé au
lotissement, vous y pénétrerez et trouverez la signalisation du
sentier GR92, que vous ne quitterez plus de tout l’itinéraire, à
l’exception d’un petit tronçon aller-retour, dûment indiqué par des
pancartes, pour aller voir la Croix de Sant Isidre.

Route suitable for all. A flat route with a wide variety of
landscapes: hermitages, summer houses, gardens, a golf course,
automobile race track, orchards, vineyards, olive groves and fields
of carob trees. Ideal for the first hours of the day or at dusk.
Starting from the Virgin of the Vinyet Hermitage, go towards
Terramar Golf passing through the Gardens of Terramar, now the
Gardens of the Senses, and, in turn, take the diversion towards the
Ribes stream. Not being able to continue along the stream, we take
a street between the golf course and El Garrofer campsite towards
Can Girona and from there along the Ribes stream and El Carç until
arriving at Sant Pere de Ribes. Return to Sitges can be made by bus
(Plaça Catalunya and Passeig de Circumval·lació bus stops).
Parcours convenant à tous. Itinéraire en terrain plat, à travers
une grande variété de paysages : ermitages, villégiatures, jardins,
terrain de golf, autodrome, jardins potagers, vignobles et
plantations d’oliviers et de carou-biers. Idéal aux premières
heures du jour ou au crépus-cule. Depuis l’Ermitage de la Vierge de
Vinyet, vous vous dirigerez vers le Golf Terramar en passant par
les Jardins de Terramar (rebaptisés « de los Sentidos »), puis en
prenant l’embranchement vers la rivière à sec (riera) de Ribes.
Comme il est impossible de continuer par la riera, vous prendrez
une rue située entre le golf et le camping El Garrofer, jusqu’à Can
Girona. De là, par la riera de Ribes et le Carç, vous arriverez à
Sant Pere de Ribes. Le retour à Sitges peut se faire en autobus
(arrêts Plaça Catalunya et Passeig de Circumval·lació).

Circular Route. An intense route running through the heart of El
Garraf Park through forests, villages, crops and vineyards.
Suitable for bicycles (only a short ascent to the Novella Palace in
the last section causes a degree of difficulty). Recommended for
all members of the public, taking into account the fact that the
distance is not short. The starting point is Palau Novella, in the
Plana Novella residential estate. Take the main track south
following the signs for the GR 92.4 until nearing the abandoned
village of Jafre. From there, take the PR C-37 until Can Planes
fortified farmhouse and Vallgrassa Experimental Art Centre, where
you will rejoin the GR 92.4 and follow it until the starting
point.
Circuit en boucle. Solide randonnée au cœur du Parc du Garraf, à
travers bois, hameaux, cultures et vignobles.On peut le faire en
vélo (seul le dernier court tronçon montant vers le Palau Novella
présente quelques difficultés). Recommandé pour tous les publics,
en sachant néanmoins que la distance n’en est pas courte. Le point
de départ est le Palais Novella, dans le lotissement Plana Novella.
Prenez tout d’abord la piste principale en direction du sud, en
suivant la signalisation du GR 92.4 jusqu’aux environs du village
abandonné de Jafre. Vous emprun-terez ensuite le PR C-37 jusqu’à
Can Planes, bastide fortifiée, et Vallgrassa, Centre expérimental
des arts, où vous retrouverez le GR 92.4 que vous suivrez jusqu’au
point de départ.

A long, magnificent excursion through Foix Park, in the border
area between El Garraf and the Alt Penedès, which, leaving L’Artís
farmhouse, takes us to the bucolic surroundings of the Foix
reservoir and the spectacular town centre of Castellet. From
L'Artís farmhouse follow PR C-143 up Fondo de les Oliveres to Les
Palmeres plain and continue via Fondo de la Pineda, crossing the
Foix dam. The route around the reservoir continues until the Llac
el Foix residential estate, where you leave the PR. Following the
highway you arrive at Castellet, an architecturally majestic place
in an exceptional location. From there, take the GR 92 up to the
Casa Alta plain, returning to the Les Palmeres plain along a path
we already know and so back to L’Artís farmhouse.
Magnifique et longue randonnée dans le Parc de Foix, à la
frontière entre le Garraf et l’Alt Penedès, qui, à partir du Mas de
l'Artís, traverse les parages bucoliques de la retenue de Foix et
la spectaculaire agglomération de Castellet. Depuis le Mas de
l'Artís, empruntez le PR C-143 en grimpant par le Fondo de les
Oliveres jusqu’au Pla de les Palmeres, puis continuez par le Fondo
de la Pineda et passez par-dessus la retenue de Foix. Après avoir
fait le tour de la retenue jusqu’au lotissement Llac del Foix, vous
quitterez le PR. En suivant la route, vous arriverez à Castellet,
site à l’architecture majestueuse occupant un emplacement
privilégié. Là, vous prendrez le GR 92 jusqu’au plateau de la Casa
Alta, d'où vous rejoindrez le Pla de les Palmeres, puis, par le
chemin pris à l’aller, le Mas de l'Artís.

A village like those of the past, Puigmoltó is a model of
respect for its surroundings and of an architecture that fits into
them. The route brings us there along the GR 92.4 footpath that
passes through the large Cabanyes farmhouse buildings (Manuel de
Cabanyes Romanticism Interpretation Centre), Torre del Veguer- a
large estate and muscat-producing winery-, Can Martí, and the
centre of Sota-Ribes, the jewel of historical El Garraf. We leave
from the Tower of Enveja and the Hermitage of San Juan, in the
district of Vilanova i la Geltrú of the same name, and connect, via
Ronda Ibérica, with the GR 92.4 footpath, which we will not leave
again until Sota-Ribes. Taking the street of the same name, we go
past the los Camilos Hospital, and continue to Puigmoltó, the final
destination of the route. For those walking the trail, return may
be made by bus from the bus stop in front of the village on the
BV-2113 highway.
Semblable à un village d'antan, Puigmoltó est un modèle de
respect pour l’environnement et pour une architectu-re qui s’y
insère harmonieusement. L’itinéraire nous y conduit en suivant le
sentier GR 92.4 qui passe par les grandes constructions de Masia
d’en Cabanyes – Centre d’interprétation du Romantisme Manuel de
Cabanyes –, Torre del Veguer – grande propriété et cave de
vinifica-tion du cépage muscat –, Can Martí et le petit hameau de
Sota-Ribes, joyau du patrimoine du Garraf de l’intérieur. Vous
partirez de Torre d’Enveja et de l’Ermitage San Juan, dans le
quartier homonyme de Vilanova i la Geltrú, pour rejoindre, par la
Ronda Ibérica, le GR 92.4 que vous ne quitterez plus jusqu’à
Sota-Ribes. De là, par la rue du même nom, passé l’Hôpital des
Camilos, vous vous dirigerez vers Puigmoltó, terminus de
l’itinéraire. Pour tous ceux qui feront cette route à pied, retour
en autobus: l'arrêt se trouve à la sortie du village, sur la route
BV-2113.

A route that takes us from El Garraf coast to its interior, from
views of the sea to vineyards and carob trees. Sudden changes are
always present in this region that is as small as it is varied,
where everything is offered to us in small portions like tasters.
Standing in front of the lighthouse, go uphill to the Museum of the
Sea and Sant Cristòfol. Once you have crossed the train tracks, and
passed along numerous variations of the GR 92 and El Garraf trails,
begin the climb to Miralpeix castle. Pass through la Muntanyeta,
Els Colls, the Casa del Mar, and the Paranys mountains. Once you
are at the Castle, go down to Can Girona and along the Ribes stream
and el Carç until arriving at Sant Pere de Ribes. Return to
Vilanova can be made by bus (Plaça Catalunya and Passeig de
Circumval·lació bus stops).
Parcours conduisant du Garraf littoral à celui de l’intérieur,
du mirador maritime aux vignobles etaux caroubiers. De soudaines
variations de paysage ponctuent sans cesse cette comarque aussi
modeste en étendue que variée, où tout nous est offert à déguster
en petites quantités. Situé face au phare, montez en direction du
Musée de la mer et de Sant Cristòfol. Après avoir traversé la voie
de chemins de fer, vous entamerez, par plusieurs tracés alternatifs
du GR 92 et des sentiers du Garraf, l’ascension vers le Château de
Miralpeix. Vous passerez par la Muntanyeta, les Cols, la Casa del
Mar, et la Sierra dels Paranys. Arrivé au château, vous descendrez
à Can Girona et, par la rivière à sec de Ribes et el Carç, vous
arriverez à Sant Pere de Ribes. Il est possible de prendre
l’autobus pour rentrer à Vilanova (arrêts Plaça Catalunya et

Semicircular route suitable for all. A very complete itinerary
through one of the most interesting parts of El Garraf’s mountain
range, the border with the Alt Penedès. Spectacular views and the
secular heritage site of Olèrdola await us. At the intersection of
carrer Major and Bassa d'en Llot de Canyelles, take the path that
climbs the Pla del Bosc stream, which is signed. Then pass through
the residential estates of La Cogullada and Daltmar towards the
heritage site of Olèrdola, first, and afterwards towards the Puig
de l'Àliga hill. Once you reach the top of the hill, follow the
signs and the footpath marks of the GR 92.3. The return to
Canyelles is made via a connecting footpath that leaves to the
right (southeast), 200m away, descending the Puig de l'Àliga
hill.
Parcours semi-circulaire convenant à tous. Itinéraire très
complet à travers l’une des plus intéressantes parties du massif du
Garraf, limitrophe avec la comarque de l’Alt Penedès. Des vues
spectaculaires, et le patrimoine séculaire de l’Olèrdola vous
attendent. Au croisement des rues Major et Bassa d'en Llot de
Canyelles, vous entamerez le parcours par le sentier en pente qui
suit le lit du torrent du Pla del Bosc, signalisé par une pancarte.
Vous passerez par les lotisse-ments de La Cogullada et de Daltmar,
pour vous rendre tout d’abord à l’ensemble historique d’Olèrdola,
puis en direction du Puig de l'Àliga. Au sommet de la sierra,
suivez les indications des pancartes et les balises de continuité
du sentier GR 92.3. Pour rejoindre Canyelles, vous emprunterez le
sentier de liaison qui s’ouvre sur la droite (sud-est), à environ
200 m en descendant du Puig de l'Àliga.

Itinerary that skirts along the western limit of El Garraf Park,
between streams, forests and crops. For people used to walking.
From the municipal sports centre of Sant Pere de Ribes, in the
Passeig de Circumval·lació, leave the football ground on the left,
cross the stream, the highway and pass alongside the cemetery.
Going under the Parellades bridge and the C-15B road, the path
climbs up to the Coll de Glaieta (53 min). On the other slope, we
go around the outside of the Mas Milà residen-tial estate, and,
later, the Monas and Can Suriol lime kilns. After 3 hours we arrive
in Olivella. Cross the town until the cemetery and then take the
Mas Rourell and Pineda Parc track. Continue past the Can Pere de la
Plana school farm and Can Bertran, where the track forks: to the
right we return to Sant Pere de Ribes using a bicycle track; going
straight on we do so on the GR 92.4 footpath.

entre ruisseaux, bois et cultures. Pour marcheurs entrai-nés.
Depuis le complexe sportif municipal de Sant Pere de Ribes, sur le
boulevard de ceinture (Passeig de Circumval·lació), laissez le
terrain de foot sur votre gauche, traversez le ruisseau, puis la
route et passez devant le cimetière. Passant sous le pont des
Parellades et la route C-15B, le chemin grimpe vers le Col de
Glaieta (53 min). Sur l'autre versant, il longe le lotissement Mas
Milà et, plus loin, les fours à chaux de Monàs et Can Suriol. Au
bout de 3 h, vous arriverez à Olivella. Traversez le village
jusqu’au cimetière, où vous prendrez la piste de Mas Rourell et de
Pineda Parc. Continuez par la ferme-école Can Pere de la Plana et
Can Bertran, où se trouve une bifurcation ; à droite, vous
reviendrez à Sant Pere de Ribes par une piste cyclable ; en
continuant tout droit, vous y parviendrez par le GR 92.4.

Circular route, suitable for all; a little jewel of the
landsca-pe, which, except for the sea and the coastline, brings
together all the original environments of El Garraf.A fortunate
arrangement of elements, all of which are surprising, keeps the
interest of the itinerary constant. Beginning in front of Olivella
Town Hall, take footpath SL C-100, downhill and to the left, which
is clearly signed. Cross the Plana Novella motorway, Camp Gran
stream and, via the saddle of Triador, drop down to the Fondo de
Servera, where you will find footpath PR C-37. On the left-hand
side an old country hut is an example of the skillful folk art of
dry stone construction. A footpath to the right rises towards the
Safareig (old laundry) and the Rector Fountain, from where the
summit of the Puig Molí, with the Castle on top, is close. The
return is made by passing through the rocks of Barret del Rector,
the cave of Can Muntaner, Els Pivens and Can Muntaner.
Circuit en boucle, convenant à tous ; petit joyau paysager qui,
mer et façade côtière mises à part, réunit tous les milieux
caractéristiques du Garraf. Un heureux agence-ment des éléments,
tous surprenants, tient en haleine tout au long du parcours. Situé
face à la mairie d’Olivella, prenez vers la gauche et descendez le
sentier SL C-100, parfaite-ment signalisé. Traversez la route de
Plana Novella, le torrent du Camp Gran et, par le col de Triador,
plongez dans le fond de la Servera, où se trouve le sentier PR
C-37. À gauche, une vieille grange, belle illustration de
l’habileté que requiert l’art populaire de la maçonnerie en pierres
sèches. Sur la droite, un sentier en pente conduit au Safareig
(lavoir) et à la Fontaine du Rector ; de là, le sommet du Puig
Molí, sur lequel se dresse le Château, n’est plus très loin. Au
retour, vous passerez par les rochers du Barret del Rector, la
grotte de Can Muntaner, Els Pivens et Can Muntaner.
