Introduction….Introduction….It was a dream come true of a fighter, an energetic soldier with eager spirit and innovation flowing with blood to prove himself Er. Narendra Kumar Joshi (Rtd. Lt.cdr. Indian

Navy) proved himself with strong determination grit and vision by establishing “NUSHAR” in the capital city of Delhi where he learnt in real sense, ways of Industrial life and Lead to Commencement of his own business on 1.11.1991

Thermal Insulation Of building’sThermal Insulation Of building’s WHY ?WHY ?Due to global warming, atmospheric temperatures are high , causes heating of building structures which makes life difficult and inefficient working . To prevent high heating of building it is necessary to thermal insulate the structure

Thermal insulation prevent raising high temperature of building makes life comfortable & efficient economically and with one time effort and investment

High temperature variations result into thermal stress fatigue due to expansion and contraction of building structure consequently cracks development takes place. Ultimately water seepage results through cracks in rainy season

5

Advantage of Thermal Insulation… Advantage of Thermal Insulation… • Reflects 85% of solar heat before it gets absorbed

in to the ceiling or wall Structure

• Insulating the exterior building structure surfaces, hence resists the heat transfer to inside of the building, ultimately negligible heat transferred through structure and keep the building cooler in summer and warm in the winter

• The coating saves over 40-60% of cooling energy used for cooling of the building and significantly reduce the cost of running air conditioning / cooling system and the cost of thermal insulation is recovered in less than two years , Later money saving starts for life time

• Additionally it extends structure life due to reduced thermal stresses generated by high temperature variations 6

Advantages of Thermal insulation & Advantages of Thermal insulation & water proof chemical…..water proof chemical…..

In addition to thermal insulation of building the water proofing advantage are :-– 100% water proof film created on the surface– High crack bridging ability– Highly flexible and tough film formed – On the spot sealing of all types of cracks– Easy to apply with economy– We can use master coat on Damp surfaces also

Note:- Our Master Coat alone function as HEAT AND WATER PROOF both 7

Technology….Technology….

– Emulsified Multi-polymer (Co-polymers & Cross linked polymers) combined with

inert materials, designed to combat heat absorption & water leakage/seepage with high durability, economy and ease of application

– Material penetrates in the surface which covers and seals all the invisible pores of any surface, resulting in water proofing and Thermal insulation simultaneously

Note - Our All polymer coats are Acid Proof & Chemical Resistance

Heat, Water and Acid Proof Polymer chemical Coat◊ Ready to use solution

◊ Good resistant to most of the acids, alkaline and chemicals

◊ Non toxic, non-hazardous, tasteless, food grade film. (After curing.)

◊ Rust Proof Coat

◊ To be used on walls as a primer coat that will offer similar TSR's to the roof and Wall paint coatings

Technical Comparison….Technical Comparison….Untreated Roof ~ vs. ~ NUSHAR heat &waterproof Coating

◊ The heat insulation refers to a roof coatings reflectivity as a 'TSR'. (Total Solar Reflectivity)

◊ A new bright white roof surface can originally reflect up to 65% TSR, and make you cooler

◊ Light coloured roofs will keep you a little cooler, but only for a little while by Using NUSHAR heat reflective roof coatings, you can achieve up to 90% reflectivity in white colour, consequently preventing crack development due to thermal stress fatigue

Mater Coat Applied on Tin sheds and it reflects 90%of Heat

Heat, Water and Acid Proof Polymer chemical Putty……

◊ It is versatile , eco- friendly coating

◊ Cures at room temperature giving tough & abrasion resistant crack-free films

◊ Has good resistance to many acids and chemicals

◊ It is in paste form and cures very fast and give high strength to cement plaster of the wall

◊ Its water proofing property prevents dampness and protects paints from detorating

17

Heat, Water and Acid Proof Tile Adhesive….

◊ “NUSHAR” brand has features which are much beyond all available products

◊ It has three in one product such as heat proof, water proof and acid proof with very high bonding strength and highly durability

◊ Floor and walls surface has to 0*0 levelled then fixing of stones, tiles, woods etc. become very easy

◊ It can bond all types of stones, tiles, woods, bricks and cementitious materials

◊ Using this product we can reduce bulk weight of cement mortar from building structure

Tile & Stone pasted on elevation with Tile Adhesive

How to apply Master Coat ?How to apply Master Coat ?

◊ CLEAN THE SURFACE THROUGHLY, AS IT SHOULD BE FREE FROM DUST, OIL, GREASE OR ANY FREE /LOOSE PARTICLES

◊ IT IS RECOMMENDED TO WIRE BRUSH THOROUGHLY FOLLOWED BY SANDING WITH EMERY

◊ REMOVE THE EXISTING PAINT LAYER/COATINGS BEFORE APPLICATION

◊ WATER WASH THE SURFACE BEFORE MASTER COAT APPLICATION
