Internationalisation at KTH
KTH wants to be an established European top level university
As a means to that KTH has since long encouraged exchange studies and early validated studies from foreign universities
Student exchange is seen as developing the students, strengthening the position of KTH in international networks and as vital for Swedish industry

Organization
Each of the 9 schools at KTH has its International Co-ordinator in the student offices, at program level, to be close to the students and the engineering programs. They are responsible for recruiting to exchange studies abroad, to develop exchange, and to receive the incoming exchange students.
A Director of Studies is responsible for the validation of courses within the engineering program
