In their project works the pree-school is good to use their own neighburhood, their own culture and famus artists who have lived and worked in Ravenna. They work from fantasy to facts, built on the intresst of childrens together with the famelies and they also use ateljerista and other art teathers in their projects..

This project is about Paul Klee, who was a painter (artist), lived and studies in Ravenna for a time. The children learned facts about Paul Klee and studies his work.

Together the classes made this statue, they painted on paper glued on cans. Inside is a wire-light candels and a cd of the childrens reflections and talk when they working with the project.

An other example how to use the local enviroment:One weekend it was a bread festival on the Piazzan, you talk about that and make some bread together.

Education of 3 year olds, ”Feel and touch” Basic knowledge with clay, water-color and and materials to feel with their hands.

When 3 year olds start working whith clay they using the technology to flat and carve, the older kids who have the basic knowledge begins working with three-dimensional sculpures.

They have much creative material easy visible to the children, ”good looking for the eyes”.
