1. Activate your Wolfnet IDX link• Log into kw.com.• Go to My Information>My Website>Agent
Website Administration>4.0/4.1• Click in the check box to select that you want
to set up your IDX powered by WolfNet• Click the Sign Up button. Your link will be
emailed to you. Note-Address and Phone Contact Info Required
in step 1.2

2. Set up IDX on your Website• Enter the WolfNet URL that was emailed to
you from WolfNet to activate the Quick Search form on your home page. This may be inserted automatically for you.
• 1st IDX Link Title: Enter a title for your first IDX link 1st IDX Link URL: Enter the URL for your local MLS IDX search.
• Click the Save button to save your selections.

1. Go to 2.4 in the Website Administration Tool
2. Select the No option in the Display Quick Search field.

3. Go to 4.1 and copy your IDX link and paste it into a Word document or Notepad.

5. Write the text of the search link in your homepage message that you want displayed.

6. Go back to your Word doc. or Notepad and copy your IDX link, highlight your text you want to add a link (Search Austin Homes) and click the link tool.

7. Paste the link into the box, click OK, and then click the SAVE button.

8. Add a SearchSaver for your new clients. Walk through these steps yourself as the
client and sign them up for SearchSaver. Go to your IDX solution and enter your
clients email address and home criteria as if they were doing it themselves.
Your clients will soon be getting email updates of listings matching their criteria.
