CHEF TOM COLICCHIO
Tom Colicchio was awarded his first three
stars from The New York Times as Executive
Chef of Mondrian. Since then, he has seen
similar acclaim for Gramercy Tavern (with
Danny Meyer), his signature venture Craft
(2002), and Colicchio & Sons (2010), all in
New York.
Craft was awarded The James Beard
Foundation Award for “Best New Restaurant”
in 2002.
Chef Colicchio has created menus for three
distinctly different new restaurants at 1 Hotel
South Beach, Beachcraft, The Sand Box and
Tom on Collins.
BEACHCRAFT
At Beachcraft, Tom Colicchio takes his
signature American farm-to-table style and
marries it with a Mediterranean sensibility to
create a restaurant reminiscent of a seaside
grill.
The menu is comprised of dishes featuring
the best produce to accompany pristine fish.
A full raw bar, abundant salads, freshly-
made pastas and signature pizzas round out
the menu.

Taking cues from nature, we’ve brought the outside in,
capturing the stunning beauty of the local wonders that
surround 1 Hotel South Beach.
Nature informs the way our guests arrive, depart, sleep,
eat, relax, and interact with one another, our staff, and the

A natural sanctuary in the middle of Manhattan,
1 Hotel Central Park stands one block south of
Central Park at the corner of 58th Street and
Sixth Avenue. Set in an 18-story building, the
hotel offers 229 guest rooms and suites, a 100-
seat restaurant and bar from Chef Jonathan
Waxman, communal space on the second floor
available for creating a work space or relaxing
and enjoying a cocktail, a 24-hour fitness
center, and a three-story exterior living green
wall, among additional features.
At the foot of Brooklyn Heights, in the heart of
DUMBO, and adjacent to a riverfront park,
1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge Park offers an
unobstructed view from the Brooklyn Bridge all
the way down to the Statue of Liberty.
The structure of the building speaks for itself
with board formed concrete and exposed
mechanicals, and a rooftop that is host to a bar,
pool, terrace and a restaurant.
Seamus Mullen has developed a signature
restaurant on site, featuring food as fresh as its
surroundings.
